As you can see in the photo, I had ordered my drink with light ice. I received half a cup of ice, instead. At over $6, I expect... such a simple request, to be fulfilled!! Nobody wants to pay $6 for half a cup of ice, Nobody!! I'm disappointed at the level ofservice I received!! Read more
Not normally a Starbucks person, do not like the coffee and try to never drink it, but this location has excellent Iced Tea and... great Oatmeal. I stop a couple of times a week on my way to work. The team in the store are nice and provide great service. Read more

Usually when I order my dark roast with heavy cream and a venti water the cashier always serves both, however this time not only... did the manager forget my water, but she switched her baristas places so even if they did get my water order, they didn't knowof it, waited 8 min before I had to say something myself in front of 4 baristas, lack of management, took great pictures though. I always have a good experience at this Starbucks! I love how friendly the people are there and it?s very modern looking on the... inside which is awesome. I did order a couple drinks there the other day and I had to wait quite a while to get a black coffee -they?re supposed to give it to you at the register apparently and didn?t which was a little lacking on their part. And of coursethey didn?t get the name right on the drink but Starbucks is known for that at this point! I would also point out that theparking lot is extremely crowded all the time so be careful when parking there. Read more
Horrible,unprofessional management. Had an interview with them, application and cover letter included, and they decided to play... phone tag with me acouple days later only to say they couldn't hire me....just don't call back if youre not going to hiresomebody..teasing somebody with economic prosperity during uncertain times isn't cool.
