The redesign looks great. However, regardless of how I place my order, drive through, stall, or through the app, my last 3... orders have taken too long (over 20 min at the stall and for the online/app order) and and each of the past 3 orders were wrong.It's not like a modification to an item was wrong, I just recieved totally different menu items than what I ordered even thoughthe receipts are correct. I only order a all American hotdog. Whoever made it diff not care what they did to it. Just hurry up and get it out the... door. The hotdog had soooo much mustard and sooooo much relish all over it. Don?t get me wrong, I love Sonic?.But who ever manages this establishment has a VERY unprofessional and disrespectful crew of... people. I?m currently sitting here at the stall and it?s pretty much a ghost town at this location on Sooner. I pressed the redbutton and a young man had his mic on and didn?t know it. He proceeded to play around and tell his coworker that he would beathis a**. I finally had to say ?Your mic is on!??.Then he said ?Oh sorry what do you want???So I proceeded to order and re-orderbecause he wasn?t paying attention. He had an attitude for no reason. It was an extremely weird altercation. After overhearingthe order from the stall next to me, a young woman came on and was the same way! This entire crew is just chaos. We went through the drive through at about 0825hrs. We didn't get our food until 0852hrs! Absolutely unexceptable! A 5 minute... stop turned into a 27 minute stop that made us late to our appointment! The two girls working the front should have gone andhelped the one cook they had, instead of making excuses and standing around doing nothing. Several people just left withouttheir food. Others walked up and knocked on the door. Unfortunately, I had already paid and had to wait. They should haveoffered refunds instead of blaming it on being short handed. No excuses. After we placed our order we got the notification that our food was coming but after 15 minutes we had to press the button and... ask where our food was. After a little while a person arrived with our food and we gave her cash and expected change which shesaid she would go in and grab (we were going to tip her with some of the change) however she never showed back up with thechange after saying that she would. Not my usual experience here, but; this visit was not great. I ordered in the app and went for drive thru pick up. It was slow.... When we got to the window, they handed me a bag with our mozzarella sticks, and said they were working on our ice cream (2shakes & 1 sundae). The mozzarella sticks were barely warm. 1 shake was ordered with no whip cream, they got it wrong. On thesame shake, there was some black spot on the cherry. It looked awful. This location's 2 blocks from my house & I order the same drink at least 5 times a week, Diet Cherry Limeade with extra cherry... syrup & easy ice & it was rarely correct.There's 1 person that consistently made it right (Courtney) but otherwise it justwasn't. I started ordering it on the app so that the ingredients were spelled out. That didn't seem to help either bc I orderedon the app yesterday & it had NO limes in it & this has happened more times than I can count so I've decided that I'm nevergoing to this location again! I'll drive the 2 miles to the next closest store bc I ordered from them last week & it was readywithin 2 minutes & it was made correctly the first time! I shouldn't have to go to another store when I have one 2 blocks awaybut that's what I have to do if I want it made correctly.
