Sonic is always been and / or.., obviously I'm sitting a fact that there will be no forerunner or was none! Secondly, Sonic has... literally to the tea got the exact science down there need not be another all-in-one Plus Coney's burgers etc. yes....., buthere's what's really intriguing!!!! their slushes and their constant---- ability to change /basically being the tide of theocean staying in front of the competitors is the very definition and the name says it all fast with good service! As you can see on my clock, it is 9:49 and they have already turned off all the lights and wouldn?t sell me a bag of ice. Even... though I had already waited 18 minutes, yes 18 minutes for a mobile order that I had to call in and ask about. The guy was rudewhen he brought me order out and told me that they weren?t accepting any more orders. Ok, MAYBE I can understand if I had a foodorder or if I had not ALREADY waited nearly 20 minutes for an order that was only 4 drinks. They have gone downhill big time. Tothe franchise owner, you have got to be losing business due to the poor performance of your employees. To the manager, I don?tknow what to say when this is all you have got to work with. Wow the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Took forever for 2 beverages and a grilled cheese. The cups were sticky all over.... According to the server ?It?s because of the strawberry? in the strawberry limeade. First there was nearly no strawberry in thedrinks, what goes in the drink should go in the drink, not all over the outside of the cup. Glad ?your Sonic? is not ?my Sonic?. Read more
Still cracking up about the breakfast burritos we go this morning. The looked like we got 3 half burritos ???? I've never seen... such a burrito from any sonic. We died laughing for about 10 minutes. I've included pictures. We ordered the full breakfastburritos and were given burritos that literally looked like half of a burrito. Wth ??????????? Read more
Every time I go to this sonic something is always missing or burnt this time my 6 inch coney was chard !! How can you chard a... hot dog? I also didn?t get my fries I ordered either!! Got a Supersonic Double Cheeseburger. Asked for ketchup and pickles on it, my ticket was wrote correctly. Instead got a room... temp burger slopped with mayo and mustard, no tomato or ketchup. Ordered 8 mozzarella sticks and asked for Marinara only, gotone single Marinara and two ranch that we won't use. My grandmother's food was actually cold, probably since they handed it tome NOT in a bag when the temp outside is 27 degrees. Honestly, getting tired of having to check my food every single time I gohere and it's never correct. Even when we complain nothing is done about it. One review won't do anything, but maybe people willgo to different locations. FYI ticket asked for 4 ketchup packets and 4 mustard packets. 0 mustard and 2 ketchup. THIS IS A GENERAL REVIEW FOR ALL SONICS, NOT JUST THIS LOCATION! It saddens me to say this is one of the worst meals I've had at... a SONIC. I ordered the 3 piece Crispy Chicken Dinner for $7.29. In the past 4 years or so, the food has steady declined inflavor.i was not asked what kind of sauce I wanted, & i forgot to tell them,, I was given no napkins. When I opened the box theTots were Extra crispy, not soft like the past, & I almost laughed when I opened the gravy. It appeared to be colored water, itwas that thin. Even the onion ring was a generic, frozen taste, certainly not the flavor of the ORs of the past. Even the 3small pieces of chicken were over cooked. I'm not sure what big chain bought SONIC a few years ago, but they did them no favors.The quality no longer is worth the price. The one thing that was still good was my cherry-vanilla Coke. Read more
Placed a mobile order on the app the morning of 11/14. Go to the restaurant to pick it up. Wait several minutes, nobody comes... out. I see another person get out of their car and knock on the door. Nobody appeared to be there. All the lights were on insidethough. Had to go through hoops to get a refund through customer service. Never got a real apology though. Just "here, here'syour money back." If nobody was at the restaurant, why was mobile ordering turned on? Read more
