I was busy very disappointed in the Sonic Drive-In through the drive-thru window apparently they advertised but I didn't see it... a happy hour for beverages I ordered a lemon a limeade Strawberry Slush and a week before I got it for a dollar 90 I believe Iget to the window and they want $3.90 for the same thing I got a week ago for a dollar 90 so I refuse the beverage and I calledthe manager when I got home and the manager went into detail as to the fact that that's only offered during happy hour whichstarts at 2:00 but here this story gets better because I was in the Drive-Thru Lane at 10 minutes to 2:00 and home by 2:03 and Ijust live around the corner from that Sonic so they should have given me the beverage $197 so again I probably won't be goingback Read more
Daughter loves the chicken and fried cheesesticks. Order is usually wrong at least once, at least the car hops are normally... quick to try to fix it. Place looks really run down, could use a cleanup here. Read more
I love my Sonic 21 NE 23rd OKC. It has become my go to breakfast stop. i normally use my Sonic app. And go the drive thru line... even if they are busy, the totally wonderful once I check in brings it out . thank you crew. Read more
First time at this store. The Staff was very friendly and quick. The only downside was that they were out of ice on a 95 degree... day, I was unable to get my preferred drink. We will probably be back. Read more
The order was right. They didn't understand what a double pattied Jr burger was. Pretty self explanatory in my opinion. They... corrected me by saying it's now called a quarter pound burger instead? I worked at Sonic for 4 years as a teenager so I stillcall the food as I remember it. Anyway the order was correct but it took a little longer to get out. It was busy either. Read more
I ordered 4 sonic cookie dough blasts with hot fudge. After I paid they told me the hot fudge machine was not working and asked... if I was ok with chocolate syrup. I said I was. It took they 15+ minutes to make my 4 icecreams, when I got home it wasliterally plain vanilla. Never again. Paid 20$ And didn?t get what I paid for at all. Read more
They don't know what extra is you have to taste your food and then ask for the amount you ordered and paid for.
