Quality has steadily declined over the last decade while prices continue to go up. Food just isn?t very good anymore, while... there are still a few quality items, most aren?t. Seems like most of them have zero listening ability, and the rest don?t knowtheir own menu. I can tell you what?s in a SS breakfast burrito, most of them are apparently clueless. Read more
Austin did a great job with my order, my extra Chocolate shake was excellent! The fries were fresh, but tasted like the old... cooking oil. My hamburger meat was cold; didn't taste right after a couple of bites. Waste of $$, except for my shake. Keep upthe great work, Austin! Read more

Once again, McDs has disappointed. There was not another customer there, with several employees standing around, and they... insisted on my using the kiosk, because it "saves time". It took me three times as long to find everything from a great bigmenu, than simply to ask the person at the cash register for three items. Then, I needed to find important info on allergens, soI went online to look up allergen information. There was absolutely no information at all as to whether something was cookedusing milk or not. I looked at the nutritional sheets and there was nothing on allergens. Looked up the individual item, andwhile it had a drop down box for allergen info, it was blank, not showing any info at all. I know it seems like a small thing,but for a person with severe allergies, it's a really big thing! I'll try to stick to only the drive through, and hope theperson can understand English. Read more
I?m 5 minutes late and they can?t give happy hour to a regular. Couldn?t even hear my total thru the kiosk. I?ll probably never... tip again and I tip everytime . Fire the old dude! he didn?t even want to try and fix it or anything. just will screw you overtill the day he dies. The small things matter and y?all don?t care. This Sonic is the Best sonic I have visited in OKC OK. My drinks have always tasted just right my food has always been on point.... I have visited this Sonic 6 times in the past 5 months and I will tell everyone that if you want to go to Sonic this is the oneto go to. Read more
If I could rate 0 I would, it?s always a problem every time I go up there. Most days I don?t have time to do anything about it... but today I do. First of all the lady is yelling through the speakerphone at customers and saying she?s not but when I pulled upto the window I heard her cuss toward the the lady at the speaker. I ordered a number one combo extra mayo no pickles there waspickles on the burger super extra mayo; and a quarter pounder double cheeseburger add bacon for some reason there was a lot ofmayo like an excessive amount on both sides of my double cheeseburger but no bacon.
