Every time I pick this sonic, I?m pleasantly surprised! I literally ordered delivery and the food was crazy fresh and the... burger was perfectly assembled and all of the ingredients were as they should be. I also order burgers for breakfast all thetime there and they are the best quick service burgers in the metro area?I?m being serious. Sonic wait times... Does anyone else experience terrible wait times at Sonic even when 90% of the car stalls are empty? Last... night I ordered 2 for $5. From the time I ordered until when it said my food was on its way was 12 minutes then it took anadditional 4 minutes for the employee to bring the food to my car. The car hopper (Gracie H.) appeared apathetic that they tooklonger than normal. I'm not going during extreme rushes or very late at night. I just really don't understand it and I want torefrain from filling out surveys and giving bad reviews so I wanted to get other people's experiences and maybe Sonic teammembers to give me an explanation? Because the burgers aren't really even hot when they come out, so I've concluded they aren'tfresh onto the grill when I order. Read more
Sunday morning I went to sonic and ordered a #15 with a butterfinger blast to drink. My blast wasn't butterfinger. I asked to... speak with someone and this young girl came out and told me they were not going to remake it. Whatever it wad it had peanuts init and I am allergic to peanuts. Now I apologize that things hit a lil heated. But I have never been treated like this at anyother sonic before.. Then to add insult to injury, the cook came out trying to fight me... Unsatisfied with manager Casper who would not accept Sonic coupons then charged me for drinks I did not get. Corporate should... investigate this manager/store. I?m about done going to sonic after this experience. Read more
