Was concern being so close to 5PM, and that this store had the drive through option... about a half dozen cars waiting, that my... app order would be delayed... not so... it was ready. Still hoping they will add a "bag of ice" to the app choices some day,but for now knowing, expect the bag to be just under $3 +/- taxes. Read more

Waited 30 minutes, pressed the button after 20 with no response so I moved to another stall, pushed the button and still no... responce...saw my order going where I was parked earlier so I stopped her and got it. The tots (which is all I ordered besidesdrinks and 3 ice cream cones) were cold even to the touch, forget fresh these weren't even warm and they were hard! I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but we waited 19min for a blast, shake and coffee. (We were in the drive threw. They cleared... it off the screen when it said 7min, but we waited longer afterwards). They forgot the coffee, spoons (had to ask for both andthe guy was surprised and oblivous the coffee was apart of our order) and the candy in both ice creams were wrong (i orderersnickers and got butterfingers. My husband ordered reeses and oreos and didnt get the oreos). The 3 people we saw, were walkingslowly around the store and there was no indication onthere was late orders in their body language. There were maybe 3 or 4 carsin the drive threw and 2ish in the parking lot, so not super busy. When Sonic is done right, its awesome. This was not one ofthose times. Read more
Ordered on the app but the only available stalls were broken and most of them have orange cones blocking them off. Went through... drive to check in. We only had 2 drinks and they said they would bring them out. Never did. So we waited in line. Got to thewindow and the lady had no idea what we ordered or where our drinks were. She took our order again. Finally got it and it wasdisgusting. The machine was out of syrup or something for the coke zero. We always have bad experiences at this location. Idon't eat here. It isn't worth the headache. The good reviews are most likely from employees. Read more
Visited this place on Friday 25Sep2020 along with family. Giving order is very simple as they are maintaining ordering Kiosk... machines. We have ordered Onion rings, Veggie Burrito, 2 hand mixed master shakes( cherry & Strawberry), chilli cheese Tots. Itcost us 16.50$ which is high price for 2 people. Signature dip sauce is good with hot Cheese Tots and onion rings. They havekept Bacon ???? slice in the Burrito even though we have clearly told them not to include any kind of non vegetarian. My wifegot vomit ???? with her second bite of encounter with bacon. Very very bad experience. You should hear properly before makingand fulfilling of order. Shake drink is good. The carhop was very nice and pleasant. I think the problem is over worked here. I ordered my food through the app and pulled up... to the stall. I got my food but ordered Chilli tots but didn't get a fork or spoon to eat it with. I pushed the button to tellthem. And it literally took over 5 minutes before I had to wait until the same car hop was bringing someone else's food to askfor a fork. The car hop was very nice and apologize and said she would bring it out. Another 5 minutes or so passed and Ipressed the button again. Thankfully it didn't take as long before someone answered. She needless to say brought me a fork and aspoon. My food was still warm thankfully. Read more
