This sonic has had some real problems. On three occasions food couldn't be served because there wasn't a cook. Once being within... the last week or so. One day it seems like the gir was the only one working as she took my order, brought my food, had to bringmy change, she forgot had to ask again. Then got home and my order was wrong. I have been a number of times and couldn't orderbecause the system was down. Now I will say, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and pleasant and as helpful as they can be. Hope theyget it together soon, marquee states under new management, but again within the last week they could take food order becausethere wasn't a cook. Fingers crossed. Read more

Not the norm. Very surprised & disappointed. My burger bun was totally soaked in grease. Literally. I drove back to sonic w/ the... burger & receipt in 95° heat. Not a happy camper. They did replace the burger & threw in another order of cheese tator tots.But at 4, in the traffic & heat, more driving was not pleasant... Read more
Usually my favorite sonic but whoever is taking orders tonight messed my order all up order 2 number 1 combo no ketchup mayo or... pickle on them one with regular tots other with xtra chili n chz drinks then we ordered another chz burger no mayo add must chedpepp n and another dronk. Our burgers were all wrong we didnt get our regular tots or other drink so when we reordered itbweshould have been charged the difference for a combo $2 and we had to pay 5 Read more
Went to get a large cheesecake Master Shake, asked for cookie pieces to be added and was told they're just going to sink to the... bottom. I told them I would like to cookie pieces anyway and it took them almost 7 minutes to get my shake outside. Pros: yummy icecream treats, don't forget a bag of ice! This location doesn't have a drive through so it's best to carry cash... for tipping the car hops. That being said, I never carry cash so I rarely get to stop here Read more
Visited this place on 29 Sep 2020 along with one known friend. Customer service is good. They have took order from Kiosk and... then handover to us by coming outside. Customer service is good and nice. They have made our order faster. We have order mediumsize Tots with Signature sauce. Tots are hot and nice munching with signature sauce. Read more
Had an online order that I checked in when I arrived. Took almost 10 minutes despite it not being busy. I think there was only... one car hop but between the few vehicles and the impatient person waiting outside for the rest of their order, it was surprisingon how long it took for 3 pretzels and a slush.
