So me and my husband come here all of the time. This night I came by myself and I was waiting for service but the black guy... totally ignored me and acted as if I wasn?t there. Finally this young Hispanic lady approaches me with braces she says ma?amhave you been helped yet and I told her no and then the black guy commented and said I didn?t even know she was there which wasvery rude! She then looks at me and says I?m I am so sorry about that what can I get started for you? A proceed with my ordershe has great customer service the whole time but I will not let it slide that the first guy that noticed me ignored me and thenonce the lady with the braces starts taking my order he proceeded to take the ladies order that was standing behind me. I hateto use race in context but none of the workers and I mean absolutely none of them had name tags on I would have asked for themanager but absolutely none of them had name tags on. I would give the lady with the braces five stars for taking the initiativeand just stepping in and doing her job I would give the guy no stars because he should know better I only give the place overallthree stars because the food was good. Terrible. I only ordered 2 things and they didn?t give me 1 out of 2 of my things. They can?t pick the phone up which is... terrible customer service. I wouldn?t go here again. & my food was sloppy as hell. Read more

One of my favorite places to eat, however the last 5 or 6 times I have gone the chips always taste burnt. I keep trying again... hoping it's been corrected but just in today and same issue. Service is a joke. Line was backed up to the door and stayed there the whole time. Only 2 people fulfilling orders in store. And... online orders were getting done before people in front of their face. I know cause the lady behind me ordered on the app and gotout before us. Manager behind the counter moving slower than the employees. Do better!! Read more

Food is great, but do not believe it when online says "ready in 11 minutes". I have been waiting for far longer than... that. Edit: food was rushed out and half items forgotten. I have contacted manager and was told i would get a refund. I haveyet to recieve refund. Disappointing. 10-11- not coming here again. Photos show what was delivered to me. Read more
