I was so surprised to find out I put a 1 star on this location 2 years ago! I wrote a huge paragraph of the multi-layer set of... problems I encountered at this location up to corporate trying to get a refund for an order I never received when going to therestaurant, along with the other people waiting with me I'm sure. I work for one of the many food delivery company?s we have. I come in, ask for my customers orders? They had no chicken at all.... The 2 managers sat down at the table, talking, and laughing, while the other crew members ran around trying to get orders out. Isat there for about an hour(the rest of my delivery time, plus) waiting for orders. In this line of work? Time is money, andthey just wasted mine, but as I?m reading the reviews, I see this happens a lot here. Read more
Pros: 1. Clean eating area in location upon visit 2. Food was done pretty quickly 3. Food was hot when given 4. Plenty of... condiments given Cons: 1. Location not easiest to see from road nor the drive thru the easiest to see 2. With 2 couponscouldn't use drive thru. Had to place order in store 3. Order not accurate to order Summary: This location on our visit wasfine. The food tasted fine. The fries were the best part. I'm someone who's worked in the restaurant industry for little over 2 years, so I understand that there will be some what of a... wait for the drive thru. Although sitting in line for over 45 minutes with 4 other cars was a bit much. Once we got our food, itwas pretty decent, but unfortunately I woke up the next morning after eating their tender meal with food poisoning. Save yourmoney and you stomach and go somewhere else y'all. I Love that Chicken from Popeyes. Tuesday Special is great if they honor their deal or don't run out of chicken. Lines are busy... but Def. Worth the wait.
