Only gave a 4 since some food unfortunately was missing/out of stock, BUT, Jonathan had great customer service and did... everything he could to make up for the lack of items and remedied the situation with replacements and a fantastic positiveattitude. He definitely made the most of what could have been a disappointing experience, so much appreciated to him! Read more
Terrible customer service. Ordered and paid approximately 3 dollars for a side of gravy. It was missed from the order.... Additionally, the chicken tenders were no bigger then a chicken nugget. When returning for the gravy. I asked if these tenderswere mistaken for a nuggets. I was told ?if that?s what the cook made? then the drive through window was closed. Read more

We love Popeyes but always hesitant to go cause they are either out of chicken or it takes forever. We went today for the... first time at THIS location and it was a great experience. Nice staff, food done quickly, and they had everything we wanted. We were so excited about the experience and how great it was! ordered The tackle box for $7.99 when I got to the window then for me they had no shrimp. I settled for chicken strips. But at a... higher price. $9.99 for three pieces. I beleive I left a review on here a few years ago after an incident with the lack service. The contant missing blackened ranch!... I thought, it's been a while surely the same people don't work there. Not the same, but same caliber. Slow responsive,unfriendly, after saying please don't forget the ranch I ordered, not in the bag...my tea was hot with no ice. The receipt is sopoorly visible you cannot get the info to continue to the online survey. The food was good. However, I am done. If this is afranchise, Popeye's, #popeyes, would do well to disfranchise them. Nothing has changed since my last review. Last time theyrefused to give me my receipt. I would think harder to inform them, but after no response for my last review, they don't care.Chick-fil-a for the win! Read more
