Referring to location at 10946 N May: I've always loved Bagel Cafe. It's long been a favorite of my family and friends. However,... my experience today was beyond disappointing. Not only was my entire order incorrect (ordered 5 bagels), but my food wasinedible because the bagels were burned so bad. I didn't even want my bagel toasted to begin with! See attached pictures. Thestaff at the time were incredibly young and incompetent. I could barely understand the boy who answered the phone. I would notrecommend this restaurant to anyone with the current staff. When I went to pick up my order, there was a customer yelling at oneof employees for messing up his order. Another lady complained that she had been waiting on a bagel for 1 for over 30 minutes. Ihope the Bagel Cafe I love takes the time to evaluate their employees and do better. Read more
