Being a Malayalee by origin(South Indian), restaurants with Kerala dishes attract me though I eat Kerala food at home lol. Never... tried this Indian Restaurant till now so felt to see how the dishes taste. Its in uptown OKC and seeing the reviews with 4.4*, Ithought it is one of the best Indian restaurants in OKC but frankly speaking, I was disappointed. We got into the restaurant andthey seated us. But even after 10 minutes, I couldnt see anyone asking us what we needed. Then I had to call someone to come andtake our order. The items are so expensive so I thought the quantity would justify it. Well, I was wrong!!! Ordered KeralaParatha, Beef Curry and Butter Chicken Masala. Beef and Chicken were 15 and 16$ but just good for 1.5 people.. The taste wasjust ok. Paratha was crunchy.. Overall an average experience..Would not recommend!! Read more

Today was my first time dining in and trying traditional Indian food, first entry it's a beautiful building but the staff didn't... seem friendly or as helpful as i like,we ordered the chicken masala with rice and garlic naan which was all super delicious anda surely interesting flavor with all the spices put into it,the chicken itself was juicy and tender, the garlic naan was soft andthe perfect flake, and the rice tasted like cinnamon rice which was decently good. 10/10 would recommend and would come back forsure to try new foods. We really enjoyed the food, everything was delicious. Specially the butter chicken was one of a kind. I wish the naan size was... bit bigger. To the management, music was too loud and bit distracting. Read more

Horrible service. Employees are kind to other Indian/South Asian customers, very rude to everyone else. The naan was flat and... burnt. The raitha was a tiny cup of water. They assume it?s your first time eating Indian food and don?t know what you?retalking about when you ask for something else. Biriyani was bland! Won?t be back. Chicken Biryani Express is way better for halfthe price. Read more

Great dining! We chose this restaurant for a change in food pace and boy are we glad we did! The dishes are very flavorful and... plentiful in portion size. Great choice if you're looking for something out of the norm. Read more

Poor customer service. If you don?t like a dish they don?t take it off the bill, they make you pay and say it?s their recipe.... I?m of south Asian origin and we ordered the saag paneer it wasn?t cooked down properly. Hardly any spinach/cheese and it waswet, watery and full of onions (so we pay $14 for food that we didn?t like). When we went for lunch They had 2 waiters and onlyabout 3 tables to serve and unfortunately they are slow attentiveness. It?s surprising that they wouldn?t take the dish wedidn?t like off the bill, but we?ve heard from other family members that the same thing has happened to them. We asked Them ifthey could swap it for another dish they said no. It?s really disappointing. No where in on the menu or In The restaurant doesstate this policy either! It would be nice to have transparency. Maybe you can tell your customers when you sit them down? Read more

That was the worst food I ever had. I wish I could give negative stars. We ordered garlic naan that was burnt and crust and... pepper chicken was salty. I don?t know how they get good reviews. We also ordered masala tea that tasted like dirt we had tothrow to trash. So the whole dinner was ruined but still had to pay $44 for nothing. So if you don?t want to waste your money, don?t go there for food. Read more

Good food, worst service! This is our 2nd visit just because Food tastes really good. Let?s talk about food first, we... ordered: Samosa - 3/5 It seems recooked (even after it?s not hot) and oily. I would not recommend, instead there are betterplace in OKC if craving for Samosa (check out other reviews to find the best in town) Malai Kofta - 4/5 It?s delicious. Koftasare well cooked and gravy also with enough masalas and spices. I find some kind of extra food color here then others. Naan -3/5 It?s soft and cold. Seems like prepared as first dish before anything from our order. Garlic Naan - 4/5 It?s good. I cancount in few of the good restaurants for garlic naan. Now coming to the restaurant and service part. Service - 1/5 From whereto start. I was not able to find enough utensils on table to even serve the food, (as a proud Indian I can easily eat with myhands). It took almost 15 mins to bring second order that?s just garlic naan. Even after that they were failing at everypoint. I see one other table was struggling to even have water followed by utensils (they apparently took from anothertable). The place has good vibe (4/5) with nice & clean surroundings to make you feel comfortable. I always believe that ifyou want to succeed in food business hospitality matters most then food (remember I said succeed not just survive). PS: wearjacket/ coat if visiting rest rooms, they believe in keeping it cold with no hot water for hand wash. Also, it?s 100%vegetarian dishes review. Read more
