Poor service nearly every time I order from this place, typically ordering online helps, not tonight, lobby was closed, drive... thru took 45 minutes just to get told my order was not placed, they neglected to look on the counter for my order, knowing thelobby was closed, you'd think they wouldn't put online orders on the inside pickup area... I had to walk to the drive thruwindow to get my order interrupting another customer who had been waiting for a while.. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Went to three different McDonald?s today trying to get an adult happy meal. It was very frustrating but this location was the... worst. It?s bad enough that the stores have ran out on the first day of sales but this location was extremely rude. Waited inthe drive-thru for FORTY-FIVE MINUTES just to have an employee bark at us when we ordered the happy meal. There was absolutelyno excuse for rudeness! Not our fault that someone dropped the ball and didn?t order enough product. We will never return tothis location? EVER!!! Read more
This place has ?Sauce Policy? ???????????? depending on how many nuggets you order. ??????????? I ordered 2 happy meals and... specifically asked for 2 different toys so I didn?t get the same toy in both happy meals. They took my order and said yeah wecan do that. I get my food and what do know both meals have the same toy. I ask the employee working the window if I can get adifferent toy and she just nods and says that?s the only toy they have which I?m pretty sure was a lie. Read more
A Grade of "F". Arrived had to wait for staff to clock in and out. No greeting or smile. Noticed desert labels wrong. Informed... cashier, his response " its been like that". Went to drink machine no ice and no drinks, machine not working. Informed cashierhis response " its been like that." Received order it was wrong. Informed cashier and he said it was right. It was wrong. Orderredone. Sat to et but, a manager then sat and spoke on a cell phone for 15 minutes. So sad. Now listening to employees chattingand laughing. Very sad. Read more
ordered a PLAIN big mac they gave me one that had everything so i drove back around and ordered small fries cause i forgot about... it and told them they said they would give me another one. They gave me just the fries. i had to tell them again and afterTAKING the big mac from me (which they?re not supposed to take food back) they gave me another one with NO cheese they took thatone back and gave me the same one back to me with a cold slice of cheese. Would give 0 stars if I could. After getting through most of a quick lunch with my partner on a lunch break in the car, one of... my nuggets at the bottom had a huge clump of gray fiber stuck to it(see photos) I immediately felt sick at the thought of allthe food I had just eaten without really looking at it. I drove all the way back with my receipt and what was left of our food.The manager offered to give me another 10 pc nuggets which I declined for obvious reasons. I asked for my money back and wasgiven four dollars and some change for just the 10 piece nuggets when I had spent over $16 for the whole meal and had no ideahow much of my meal had this gross stuff in it. I asked for a full refund and was told that unless I had the food I would not berefunded for all of it. I explain that we had eaten most of the food before we found the fibrous clump of grossness and she saidsorry she would only refund what I had. She also said that it was fibers from a scrubbing brush because I thought that it wasdust and dirt from food falling on the floor and being put back, even if it was fibers from a scrubbing brush I should not beeating that and they should be more vigilant about what they are cooking their food in. This is not how you handle giving peoplefood with gross things in it. I emailed corporate but I doubt that matters, if just one person sees my review and decides not tospend their money there, that?s the only way I feel like I?m getting a fair outcome. Don?t eat here. I don't like how the employees hide and congregate while watching you use the kiosk instead of just coming to the register and... taking the order. This creates a long line of people waiting to order at peak times too. This McDonald's had some really loudkids in the play area including my 5 year old who was having tons of fun. Employees didn't seemed bothered by the noise. Read more
