There are 12 people working in the back there is no one in the lobby and it took five minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I... have a Uber eats picking up for a customer they told he that it would take fifteen to twenty minutes to make there drink becausethey are cleaning it. When I stepped away from the counter to call the customer no one came back to check on me to see weatheror not they still wanted the drink. I've gone here a few times on my way to work in the morning before and normally get 1 sausage biscuit and a hash brown but... decided I'll get 2 hash browns this morning, but my 2nd hash brown was never given to me and the person in the drive thru wasnot printing out receipts. I'm never going here again as it seems like an intentional scam to make someone pay for 2 items butonly give one. Horrible experience. Read more
Breakfast is great every day. But coke drinks are watered down from sitting pre-made with ice. Make them fresh when order dont... sit them aside waiting to be ordered. Iam getting upset Cruz McDonald s has best coke taste so stop making them and settingthem aside. Read more
They always get the orders wrong i asked for 10 nuggets meal. I got no straw no sauce that i asked for and on top of that i... wanted coke. They gave me a water down Dr.Pepper. They are the worst and plus the are fckn rude too. Read more
READ your own label. I ordered a large ice coffee but was served a medium. I immediately asked the guy who handed that to me and... was told it?s a large and showed me a even smaller size cup claimed to be medium. I?ve always order large ice coffee and what Igot today is definitely a medium. Read more
I ordered a big breakfast. It comes with a hash brown witch i didn't receive. I brought it to their attention, and was ignored... so I fished eating and approached the counter once again and said excuse me I didn't receive my hash brown and Maria looked atme with a hateful expression and told another girl to go help me whom told me Maria's name. Service was good. One of the items I ordered was a 10 piece nugget so they asked what kind I'd sauce I wanted so I let them know... I wanted bbq. When I got to the window they repeated my order to me including the sauce I ordered.Thats cool and all becausethey usually do that.The reason for me giving 5 stars for the service is because right before the lady hands me my food sheasked me if I would like some ketchup for my fry's. As we all know they stopped just giving you ketchup as well as asking if uneeded any ketchup. You have to ask them for ketchup if u would like some. I always forget to ask them and don't realize till Iafter I've already drove off. Might not be a big deal to anyone else but Ithought it was cool of her ask when when she didn'thave to.
