Unfortunately, I cannot give a negative five star. I went in just a little while ago to get lunch. Upon entering I was greeted... by a foul smell of the local bums who sit here hours on end. Then to the kiosk to order since they no longer have an actualcashier on duty. Before using the kiosk I thought to myself I should wash my hands. Go to the bathroom and there is no water. AsTold to me by one of the employees. That is disgusting and unsanitary. Customers do not have the opportunity to wash their handsand eat in a sanitary way here. Upon asking for a manager, all of the employees pretended to not speak English as usual. I willnever return to this location and I hope that others refuse to use it as well. Actually no star. The place had no chocolate milk no apple juice. When I placed the order I didn't ask for large drinks. They... assumed that I wanted large drinks. Looked at the receipt and was charge 30 cents for each large drink, again wasn't asked for. Ask for straws was told that they were in the bag. The boy saw me looking in the bags to make sure the order was correct thenproceed to call me bro. Argued with me over the straws and shut the window when I told him to get the straws. Soda was flat. Actually having to come back and edit this review to 5 stars because of the secret breakfast drive thru menu. You can get the 2... for 3 sausage biscuit, McMuffin, mcgriddle, and all breakfast just at this location. This location is constantly backed up, butvery impressive effort despite the traffic here. Appreciate what this McDonald's has to put up with. Currently under remodelingand very slow with demand, hang in there guys. Read more

There were kiosk that were directing to the register and the registers directing us to the kiosk so I noticed that first and... walking in so trying to get my order taken at the register they acted as if I was just supposed to go to the kiosk. Next issueis in regards to trying to get the order together and the manager ended up having to come over and fix the situation I justdidn't personally like the feeling of a bad attitude. The most upsetting part was the receipt not printing completely clear forme to go and do the survey online and put in my number from the receipt to activate that survey I was unable to do that and Imanaged to do the other way that you can do that on the site but the information I could get the correct information off thereceipt so I was just kind of not happy with the place and then my food was cold just I'm unhappy with everything about thisrestaurant Read more
