Ordered an egg McMuffin sandwich meal with orange juice and a sausage egg mcgriddle meal with orange juice in the drive thru. We... parked and started to open them and the McMuffin egg smelled rotten. At closer inspection the McMuffin had green and grey moldall over it. I immediately threw everything back in the bag and went inside. She asked if I wanted her to remake it I said no! Iwant a full refund... She crumpled and threw away my receipt. Then proceeded to refund me $11 of the $18. Instead of making ascene I chose to not fight for the refund I deserved AND I DON'T RECOMMEND EVER!!! EVER!!! EATING at this establishment. 1) This location obviously doesnt want patrons to come inside. They have 10+ spaces reserved for curbside pickup. Yes 10. 2)... They like to lock the front door during business hours. This place understands the assignment. When you ask for "Extra" chocolate or caramel, you GET EXTRA! And yesterday they went... above and beyond what I've ever seen a McDs do. I asked about the Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee (no I'm not basic but I do like somepumpkin spice) and they gave me a little cup to try it, to see if I liked it as is or if it needed sweetened etc. If only theMcDs down the street from us was like this one. Lobby hadn't been cleaned in hours, employees stood behind counter playing on phones and cussing at each other while there are... children in the place. Have attitudes when talking to customers. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a mcdouble, got my food and it was a plain crispy chicken sandwich meal. I went back... around to correct the order and was given a mcchicken and a mcdouble that were extremely burnt as can be seen in the photo. Iwas the only person in the drive through during the second interaction so there was no rush or reason for the food to come outthis poorly prepared and still wrong. Read more
I order off the McDonald?s app and go to pick up and wait in the pick up spot I put into the app. Waited for like 10 mins and... me having 10 mins left on lunch I walk inside and showed the lady my order on my app and she completely disregarded me. So Iasked to speak to a manager and told them look im not trying to be angry or rude but I have 10 mins left on my lunch and impregnant and hungry and I would like to get my food that I ordered. I showed the manager my app where it shows what I orderedand where it came out of my account and she looked at me and said it was my fault and that she would not fill my order. I leftthe store crying since now i have no time left to go anywhere to get food and im 23 weeks pregnant.
