It was good. The fries were hot and fresh but oddly had no flavor. The employees that I encountered were refreshingly fast and... friendly. Which is important when you are trying to get to the Casino. Lol. Which I was not...???????????? Read more
I?ve never had a good experience at this McDonald?s . I?ve ordered Uber eats 3 times from here and something was wrong each... time. One time I ordered two 4 piece nugget kids meals and the meals were delivered with NO nuggets. Lines are always slow etc.Do not come here. Read more
We ordered food on the app and chose the curbside pickup option. After 20min we drove through the drive through. We waited... another 15min in the drive through. They told us to drive to a reserved spot because our food was ready. Only to get old foodthat had been sitting out for more than 30min. Food is cold, hard and drinks are flat. We we never offered fresh food. This isunacceptable. Read more
I ordered a bacon quarter lb meal and it had no bacon every time I try to call the phone just disconnects no ringing or anything
Never had a good experience. For this McDonald's; you can always expect to get something on your order wrong. It seems basic... sizes and requests do not compute for this location. They have always forgotten condiments like ranch and ketchup, even if theycharge the extra 0.50¢. It never ceases to amaze me the lack of regard given for ones job, especially at this location. Ifyou're someone who prefers to not get everything you pay for, or prefers to get orders that aren't matching your request: thenthis is definitely the McDonald's location you should indulge in. If there was a no star option, this establishment would be theepitome of 0 star. Doesn't help when in the adventure district, McDonald's is a primary for working class lunch, and in thiseconomy, we're forced to pay more. Only to receive less from this establishment. I do NOT recommend this McDonald's. Shame thegiven wage, and yet they can't seem to perform their job at their given pay to a basic minimum. Really makes you think aboutthis inflation. Read more
I understand that prices are going up but shrinkflation is real. The price of a 4 piece happy meal is $1 more than it was a year... ago and we only got approximately 10-12 French fries. Previously it would fill up the other side of the nugget box section.Pretty soon we will no longer be able to go to McDonald?s because of pricing and shrinkage of product received. If McDonalds isgoing to go up on pricing then we should still receive the same amount of product. Really disappointed, I feel like I should goback through the drive thru so my 4 year old can have more fries. ???? That being said, the drive they was very quick. Read more
The person that took our order was not kind at all. She didn't really speak to us at all. All she did was take our order. She... never said hi or hello or how is your day. Horrible customer service. On the bright side though, the food was fresh!! Like theyjust changed the oil and stuff!! Read more
