Terrible customer service. I asked for a knife 3 times with 3 different people before a MANAGER came to the window. I told... her, "I just need a knife." She closed the window and called me a bit*h. Macdonald is always good food, may not be the healthiest but it is quick & tasty. But I find it sad to see so many seniors that... look worn down & exhausted working late hours, after 9:30 pm. Not Micky D's fault, just sad. Read more

I ordered at the drive thru, on my way to the laundry on Britton and the Post Office and Back Alley Records. My food was hot,... and I somehow scored double fries with my meal order! Staff was friendly, and ask after my satisfaction. So many nice youngpeople who are bilingual working today make it easier for all of us, but surely are an inspiration for people who speak anotheror the same language as the server. McDonald's is a first job for many, but a full career path for others. Gotta love that! Ididn't have time to get photos. Thanks y'all. I will be back. Read more

11/21/2022 date: On Monday, November 21, 2022 the original receipt was given at the time the 2nd order 11/21/2022 07:09 a.m.... another order was placed. The attendant gave the receipt to the owner/manager it was not given back to me. The 2nd order wasplaced on Monday, November 21, 2022 and the same thing happened. I asked for eggs and cheese only. The owner/manager told thestaff to just take the sausage off?? Again how is this the brand of McDonalds? Does it cost more to simply make a fresh order? Ithrew the order away, wasting another $7.26. We are trying to keep our money in our local area. I work 14-26 hour shifts atMcBride Orthopedic Hospital as a Nurse Practitioner, not a mille away it is on my way to work but this is very disrespectful.Many non-hispanic persons have gone for jobs there only not to be hired.
