Really busy at 7pm on a Saturday night, with about 10 cars in the drive through. I used the mobile app curb-side pick up and... they took about 15mins to bring out my food. The fries could have been a little fresher, but the filet-o-fish was fresh! Read more
I don't recommend this place is always dirty, the customer service is very rude, specially Rosa and Jennifer, I don't recommend... this place when these ladies are there. Jennifer picked the food from the floor and gave it to customers, I'm not kidding I sawher picking up to bread from the floor and preparing a burger with that same bread. Rosa and Jennifer also very rude with therest of the employees and they don't move at all just yelling and yelling. Read more
You can only order at the kiosk and if you push the button for help, the McDonald's employees ignore you. I eventually left and... went to another McDonald's. Ordering from the kiosk is not always the best especially when you have children with allergies. Thekiosk is not optimal for special orders. I work in Norman and live in this area. The astonishing difference between the service of McDonald?s and other restaurants... located up here vs the ones in Norman is amazing. The service in Norman is always 100% and the service at ANY restaurant locatedup here including McDonald?s is always terrible. Everytime I go to McDonalds I get a side of Mac sauce and have never ever hadissues or someone tell me no. When I make a mobile order it doesnt have the option to add mac sauce and Ive never been chargedfor it when I ask for it. I get to the window like normal ask for the sauce and the guy laughs and says no. And I said huh? Hesaid if you wouldve asked at the speaker then yes I couldve charged you and I said Ive never been charged for it and he says Icant give it to you. I asked if he was the manager and he proceeds to tell me thats what his manager would say, and I asked tospeak with the manager and he says he cant. My issue is, if you charge for Mac sauce cool, but do it every time and train youremployees not to be rude. Instead he couldve just charged me and given me the sauce instead of straight up arguing with me for 5minutes when he couldve just charged me, and given the sauce. And the best part of this story? I got home and looked in my bagand Im missing a dble cheeseburger. I tried to order "Curbside pick up", which is an option the offer at this location. After a while, someone showed by the window... waving at me, pointing to go around, I'm assuming that it was too pick up my meal by the drive-thru (my best guess). This place served my 10 years old son RAW burger! One side was completely raw, he took couple of bights before I saw it. Worker... apologized but also told me that it?s not her fault, she didn?t cook it!!! I requested to talk to the manager, she didn?t showup for 10 mins I had to request her again, finally she showed up and acted like she wasn?t aware of the situation! She had aabsolutely careless attitude !!! I filled out the form, they weee supposed to contact me, haven?t contact me since March16th! My son ended up throwing up all night and had diarrhea? I don?t think McDonald?s has tartare graded meat!!! Veryunprofessional staff!! On top of that , dining area was super dirty , all the tables were dirty, floors were disgusting! Today is 11/03/21 went to the n mcaurther location order 2 #3 and then a happy meal the lady at the window looked as if they... were in a rush and the line was moving suprisingly fast had a great interaction... then i got home me and my girlfriend startedeating then half way through the burger i stopped and looked and realized the burger was not done being cooked its literally rawin the middle we both ate the same amount and realized at the same time were just hoping to not get sick!! I would not go tothis location i understand moving a line fastly but you can do so and still get the food cooked all the way at the same time. I can't believe it. The food was prepared exactly like I ordered. Many McDonalds' I have visited in the past few months I have... had to go inside and ask them to remake part of the order. Have you ever tried to remove melted cheese? But guess what, thistime this McDonald's made my order as I had requested! Also the people that were working all had wonderful attitudes!
