My mother and I decided to eat lunch at this location today. She ordered for pick up, had to wait 15 minutes to be checked out... due to only one person doing their job - while the other employee(s) refused to open another register. $40 for our meal and itwas mediocre at best. Macaroni overcooked and my jalapeño turkey crunch was soggy. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again. Read more
We love this location. The staff here are friendly and helpful. Brandy has been here every time we have come in and is always... friendly and outgoing. Today Charles was here as well and he is the one who brought our food out to us. Really nice guy. Thefood has always been good and fresh. Read more
We ordered for pickup. All of the hot and cold items were bagged together. We got it home and served the two-year-old his... grilled cheese sandwich. It was awful. It looked and felt microwaved. The cheese was so hard the pieces of bread wouldn't sticktogether. When I called, the manager says it's made in a toaster oven. At least he could eat his broccoli. Panera it is for us. Read more

Update: The customer service team has reached out and let me know this issue will be handled. It really is refreshing for a... large company to care about reviews. I have raised my review from a 2 to a 4 . I will go back in and try it out again allbecause the customer service was so amazing. I will update on my next trip. Well, it was a total where's the meat situation. Prices have gone up and quality of food has gone down. So disappointed. The chicken salad sandwich used to be one of myfavorites. I stop in here at this McAllister' Deil on a regular basis for lunch. The food is always good here. I have tried a few different... menu items and everything I have tried has been good. One of the main reasons for me to take my lunch here is their sweet tea.They also have great cookies. They have outside seating that is great for the nice spring like days. The staff is alwaysfriendly, polite, and professional. The dining room and restroom are always clean. Read more
I'm super excited this location is finally open. It's close to my work and home. I've already been several times, and the food... and services have been spot on each time. The restaurant itself is beautifully constructed. It is the new layout for this(Ardmore) and all future locations. There's a cool patio on the west side of the building. Perfect for a relaxing lunch ordinner. They are also sporting a new menu item: roasted mushroom soup. It is my new favorite soup. Pro Tip: put some mushroomsoup your French Dip sandwich! Read more
McAlister's is where I go to get my orange cranberry club. It's a saved order for me on their app. I stopped in today to have my... favorite and discovered it isn't there anymore. I left. I don't see any point in supporting a business that discontinued theitem that brings me there. Read more
