My favorite place to grab soup and salad for takeout. We selected curbside pickup which we have never had issues with. We mobile... ordered, parked, checked in at our estimated pickup time. After waiting about 25 minutes, I went in to check on the status ofour order. They pulled it off the shelf and handed it to me. Not a problem until we got home ? and realized that our soup wascompletely cold and watery. I was incredibly disappointed with our most recent visit. Read more

(EDIT: It is easy to reply to a public complaint in a courteous way and present a view of your company that did not match... reality in this case. I already reached out to your store, and no interest was shown in what I had to say. Instead, I wastalked down to in a sarcastic tone. My name on the review and in your system/on the order, are the same. You have everythingyou need to reach out to me if that is really your desire, but this seems disingenuous. END EDIT) Absolutely will not orderonline from here again. I showed up at the time instructed after placing my order. It was on the counter where i couldn't getto it when i arrived. There was nobody to help me forever and I watched a whole line of people come in and place their ordersas i waited. Finally i was able to flag an employee down to get my food. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. Got homeand i didn't get my whole order. Called and the assistant manager was very disrespectful. I learned that it was all my faultfor ordering from them during rush hour and then expecting to get what they billed me for. So, they still have my money and therest of my food and offered me nothing but an education on how to lower my expectations and be a good little customer next time. Terrible! Read more

Great location in a good area of town. Lots of businesses all around. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly. The french... dip was excellent. One of the best i have ever had. The meat was of good quality and the sandwich was hot and gooey. The 2choice combo was the perfect amount for lunch. The ham and cheese potato was big and had a good amount of toppings. Onlyneeded more butter. The butter te give you also needs to not be frozen. The different varieties of the teas arey favorite. Always strong enough and several flavors to choose from. Read more

Consistently frustrated by this location. They are always understaffed. Yesterday it took forever just to get two drinks and a... cookie because they had one employee running the whole counter at dinner time. They also don?t honor curbside when they say theywill. Dining in is ok, but it?s also slow and annoying. Read more

(UPDATE) Have to give credit to an organization that responds to negative criticisms. Adding a star and will revisit the... location down the road to see if they've remedied the issue. (Pro) Food was good, service was good, priced moderately$$. (Con)Restroom was so filthy nasty you can't help wonder what the kitchen is like. Absolutely the worse, hasn't been cleaned properlyin months or years. Speakes very poorly of ownership/management. Read more

This evening, I called an order over the phone (3 salads and a kids meal). After waiting 50 minutes and driving 10 minutes home,... one of the salads didn't have chicken on it. I spoke with Aaron, the store manager, and he informed me that I would have todrive all the way back for a refund instead of over the phone as it was a security issue. He said they have been having troublewith staff but were getting it resolved soon. I think they should tell customers upfront about the extended wait times. I don'tbelieve this is good customer service and wish it was handled differently. Read more
