I visited today with a friend and regret spending every dollar I spent. First, the guy working hands us cups that are obviously... dirty. There were crumbs and visible water marks all over the cups. We did not use them. Second, the pizza looked and tastedlike it had been sitting out for a while. We left our plates and exited as there is nothing worse than realizing you've wastedmoney on what you thought would be worth it. There was nothing comfortable or worthwhile about eating there. Not very clean. You can smell the drain by the self serve coke machine. It needs to be cleaned. The lettuce was brown. Buffet... was not fresh. The staff was extremely hot due to the poor ac and said nothing to us. The pizza was overcooked along witheverything else. This place could do much better. pizza isnt good but the cheese dippers and ranch are very good! had a pizza, cheese dippers, and family sized ranch delivered... and the driver dropped the ranch on the patio. said he would go back to the store and come back with more ranch for us. waited30 mins and had to call. woman who answered had no clue the driver dropped the ranch and we needed more. said it would be a 45min wait. whole point of getting ranch was to enjoy it with our food. asked them to resend the food as well, sense its cold atthis point as we were waiting for the ranch to come quickly. made a fuss about remaking food, but finally got them to resend itwith the ranch. Pizza delivered cold & wrecked & they offered no refund except a gift card, as though we wanted MORE overpriced pizza that they... could smash around the car again. It's the bosses' fault for not scheduling enough people & paying them well enough. Mazzio'sworkers should strike. Read more
