This is the absolutely worst KFC in okc by far,like how you gone get a 2pc order messed up really,then the wait and... slowness,this place needs to be shut down cause my piece of chicken was half done or fire everybody that works there right nowand hire a whole new energetic,respectful, professional staff and clean the hell out of that place,never go back there for surerather go next door to McDonald's atleast I'll get what I ordered,KFC used to be my only and favorite place to getchicken,health department needs shut it down!!no stars only reason got one so could post Read more
The past couple of times I ordered from here was on the app and I ordered the 12 piece tender meal. It comes with sauce options.... I selected the ones wanted but did not get them. I shrugged it off the first time but it happened again a second time. Otherthan that everything was good. Read more
This KFC is the worst. I've been there 3 times thinking maybe they just made a mistake each time. . The first time I went was... disappointing because in the 8 piece bucket I didn't get drum sticks, they substituted a wing and a thigh. The second time Ionly got 6 pieces, not eight. .The third time they didn't have any Mac n cheese and said it would take an hour to make some. Ipolitely said no thanks I'll go to a different KFC and I did. I went to MacArthur, two extra miles but it was worth it. Theywere friendly and had everything I wanted. There was nobody in the drive thru when I went. I ordered and the guy told me it would be a 4 minute wait on chicken tenders,... which I was okay with. He told me to pull around front and they would bring it out to me. 11 minutes later I tried to call andgot a busy signal. At 13 minutes I got back in the drive thru. They told it my order was almost done and I said I would waitthere. At 16 minutes I finally got my order including my sweet teas that taste like water so nobody would drink them. The foodwas good but not worth the trouble. There is a GIANT pot hole your driver side tire hits at the drive thru window which shouldhave been fixed asap since its a liability. Read more
Placed and order online. It says come inside store to pick up but they have doors locked and no one comes to door or answers the... phone. I went through drive through and they don't have an online order. They didn't ask what food I placed or anything. Justshut the window. So I drive back to my work to take a pic of my computer screen saying that it'll be ready at 116pm. I get backup to the drive thru and they still saying they don't see anything and I'm showing them pictures of the receipt.....Then anotherlady from back starts telling me my order I confirm. They said it just now came through.....40 mins later. Ridiculous. Noapologies. no nothing just brought me food out. I'm very displeased. The lack of customer service at this location is insane.
