Overall good. Ordered a Large fry, got a Small.
Spent $40 on food for my family and I can't even get my call answered to correct my order. They ignore the phone, and will not... correct your order unless you come in person. Completely disappointed with the service. Terrible management Read more
I'm not sure if it's just me but it seems like they changed how everything is made. It doesn't taste like it did when I was... growing up. But it's not bad other then if I'm gonna pay more for it I think it should taste better. Read more
Pulled off the highway for the $30 fill up on the big pylon sign put there to entice people off the highway....they didn't have... a $30 fill up anymore and acted super confused I was asking to order what was on the big sign out front. Went to a place thatknows there menue instead. I pass this one a lot because i work by it. Won't go to it again. Read more
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich thru the drive thru and got home the chicken was HARD as a rock, I mean hard as a rock. So the... very next day I come back and order again and requested a fresh sandwich dropped and explained what had happened the previousday, get to the window moments later and they already have my order bagged, hummm, so I open up the order and the chicken isabsolutely miniature in size and the sandwich is cold. I bring this to the attention of the cashier and she rolls her eyes andwalks off without speaking. Well manager comes to the window and begins blaming corporate. I then say I requested a freshsandwich and she says "it only takes 22 seconds to cook it, it is fresh" lol now I've been in restaurants for over 25 years andno chicken cooks in 22 seconds. Then the manager gets mad and says "well if you want it fresh it will be 15 minute wait for afresh one" Seriously ???? that's what I asked for in the line but y'all lied and tried to pull a fast one. She offers to refundme and I accept, she then had the nerve to ask for the mountain dew that she'd already handed me and i drank out of, ugh nope,im keeping that...when she gives me my card back for refund the manager just slams the window shut and walked away. Fries were soggy and there is some sort of hot sauce smothering the chicken sandwich after we were told it only came with Mayo... and pickles. Called the store multiple times and no one answered the phone. Won?t ever be back. Pic of sandwich is after taking4 napkins and wiping sauce off. Read more
So I went to KFC tonight and I have gotten the Nashville five piece chicken fingers and it looked like the have Burt the chicken... and gave me the Bottom of the oil with chunks of burt pieces my biscuit was covered in oil I thrown it out and the pickleslooked like it was just thrown in the box it was all over. I remember KFC use to be a good place to eat at but not anymore now Isee why they don?t get much business anymore they should be closed down.
