1st they got our order wrong and gave us extra mashed potatoes instead of a coleslaw. We had 2 buckets of chicken, they tasted... very old like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for 2 days both of them were bad. Order wasn't ready upon arrival and the staff didn't acknowledge that myself and other customers entered the restaurant. The... staff were busy doing the drive thru orders first. The other customers ended up walking out. I would've also but I'd alreadypaid online. 2 stars because the food was decent. Read more
Went there today and bought the 8 piece tenders with 2 sides and biscuits. The tenders had been sitting around for awhile. ... They were cold, dry and tough to chew. There was a hair in the green beans, the mashed potatoes and gravy were both watereddown and the biscuits were stale. Almost $30.00 for terrible food. This place needs to be shut down. My biscuit was drenched in sauce I asked to get it changed out then the manager pointed at... the picture on the menu and told me if you look at the picture you see the biscuit is in the box with everything else that?s whythere is sauce on it. The chicken was very dark like the oil hasn?t been changed out. I ordered mashed potatoes but didn?t getthose either. We try time after time but it seems we come here just to get treated worst than the time before. I really wishthey?d close so a better business can occupy that space. Waited about 10 minutes for a single classic chicken sandwich no mayo, when they finally brought it out to the truck it was... drenched with mayonnaise. Went back in to the store for a replacement and waited about another 10 minutes, when I finally atethe sandwich and fries they tasted like the fryer oil hadn't been changed in weeks.
