The food is good when it's right. They do not have a working phone.. which makes it very difficult to call them if there is an... issue or if you place an online order and would like to confirm anything. Well first I'd suggest go through the drive thru, I normally like to go in places. But regretted this one. As I'm standing there... waiting, drive thru took 4 orders that came after me. Watched a car come after me and leave before I'd even ordered yet. Got theextra crispy chicken that looked crispy but wasn't crispy. Was a more moist texture. Didn't get the 2 biscuits and got a secondmashed potatoes instead of the mac and cheese. The best part of my meal was the coleslaw. Mashed potatoes and gravy honestly hada metallic like taste. Can't explain it, but it wasn't good. A coupon brought me in, but nothing else would again. Betterchicken and service in town at other places. Read more
Went thru the drive thru to grab lunch for my lady while she's at work.. so definitely on a time crunch. Pull up and was told... "We have no chicken, the only thing we have is sides and popcorn chicken." ... I get when trucks are late/don't come etc. Butfor a chicken place to run out of the main item says a lot. #1 being management is not properly ordering the truck.. theyshould've closed up for the day ! But ... I did take a chance because baby gotta eat. Got her a spicy macaroni bowl and it didnot disappoint. Chicken was crunchy, macaroni was tasty and the fries were fresh. The lady in the window was nice and friendlyabout it all as well. I know in food service it's a lot you cannot foresee coming but she took it with grace and a smile.Thanks!! Read more
The first bite was awful. Then, I looked and my order was wrong! I asked for legs and thighs only! I got assorted pieces of... chicken. I even confirmed it with the Cashier Michael at the Drive thru. Cashier said ?Yes.? He lied! I hate a few pieces andnow, my stomach is hurting me! Probably food-poisoning! I came here on September 22, 2022, 12:10 pm. Didn't fold the sandwich wrapping, just threw it in bag sideways. No plastic ware or napkins. When I worked in fast-food, we... cared about presentation. 1. You fold the wrapping to keep food temperature. 2. Place food accordingly to size & keep it looking appetizing & don't smash food. Plus choose appropriate size sack for order. The chicken breading was so hard, almost like arock. If gas wasn't so high these days. I would have returned it. I will use different KFC in future. Read more
I do not go to KFC as much as I use to. This place has always got my order right. There is usually a line in the drive thru,... thats a good sign. We ordered a mixed bucket, as always it was great. The gentleman at the drive up window was very friendly. Read more
Thanks guys and gals you were very nice and helpful. Food was fresh and delicious. I will be returning for those famous Bowls.... Wish you could customize the famous bowl. This place messed up my order. Went all the way home before realizing. My boyfriend had to go back although I told him it was ok... or that I would go.
