The service at this cafe was everything I expected and hoped it would be. The wait staff was courteous and kept our drinks full.... We all ordered the same things eggs, bacon and waffles. It came out quickly and was great. You really can't mess up breakfast. This is a great little place to conduct meetings. The prices are more than fair and the atmosphere is what you'd expect. Sometimes a place surprises you and you feel bad for having low expectations. The location and interior made me think i made a... mistake. However, the staff was awesome right off the bat and quick to get my order. The food was timely and who ever they gotback there cooking is really good. The Cakes were delicious, the bacon was crispy, and the eggs were perfectly over easy. Thisis a great local diner spot that is hidden between a comics store and a tattoo parlor. I will have to go back and try theirfamous omelettes. Read more

I'm giving this location a 7/10. 5 starts for service. We had a waitress named Billie who was very pleasant and courteous. We... were well checked on during our visit and asked if we needed anything or did refills without being asked. We visited during asunday morning and the traffic was not too bad at 11 am. It definitely does have an antique-ish diner type vibe. The Blueberrypancakes were the best with warmed syrup she served. The kids plates were sufficient and they add fresh fruit which I thoughtwas cool. This place would definitely be a 10 if I didn't over hear one of the male waiters tell the hostess to sit largeparties at his tables ONLY knowing that the church rush was about to happen. I didn't think that was fair considering the placewasn't too busy and by that I'm sure the other members weren't getting a fair rotation. If that's the case for this location wewon't be coming back. Please address with management. Other than that all the Staff were friendly and attentive and helpedothers out so they have a good team environment aside from that. Read more

Joey's has been a delicious go to place for many years. Their food always rates grade-A for quality and presentation. If omelets... are your thing, then Joey's won't let you down with their creative choices and classics. Chicken fry is the best I've tasted onthe Northside. Waiting for them to offer Root Beer. This is 5 star restaurant food in a cafe style diner. Service is alwaysfriendly and hard workers Read more

It is very simple inside and out, but the chef has a couple innovative dishes, and of course the breakfast staple dishes.... Everything I saw come out looked awesome. The food I had which was the crab Louie omelet which tasted awesome. It was a goodmixture of normal omelet mixed with crab which had a nice twist. I would recommend going if you are hesr by. It's busy, butworth it. Read more
