This location is very small and cramped. Luckily, I ordered ahead, and my lunch was waiting because it was chaotic in there.

I've lost count how many times they have left out the ranch that I pay extra for, at this location. How are you going to raise... the price on a small cup of ranch and then not deliver it to people, consistently? My orders are never on time, they'reconsistently late, I'm currently sitting at 45 minutes past my delivery time waiting for my lunch on a break that is almostover. Read more
I ordered the Thai chicken wrap. It was good. But my bbq chips were stale and my oatmeal raisin cookie was hard as a rock.
I love Jimmy John's. My favorite it the Beach Club. Very tasty. And of course...lightning fast. I ordered online and my order... was perfect!!! Went to go pick it up, the staff was so very kind. Nice greeting at the door. Asked if I wanted anything else,but I was good with my sandwich, classic chips and of course y'all's classic pickle. Delicious ????! All the employees were verynice. Great customer service. Jimmy John's is always my #1 go to sandwich shoppe. Love you guys!!! Keep it tasty. A huge shotout tho on the Customer Service. Amazing team, and Great manager for having awesome sweet employees. It's definitely a breath offresh aire on how nice everyone is. Most places have lost that over the past few years. Seems like every other time I order from here there is an issue. I have finally learned my lesson about ordering from this... location. Do NOT order delivery. They will charge you and never deliver it. If you use DoorDash it will never leave the phaseof ?Jimmy John?s is preparing your order?. Then (regardless of what time of day you order) the restaurant will close for theday and the order on DoorDash moves to past orders and you have to dispute it. Has happened three times to me. Had to share this sign inside we thought was funny. Friendly service, fresh food, freaky fast, very clean. Would have given 5... stars if they had a drive thru which they don't so we ate inside. Handicap accessible and parking. I favor Jimmy John's overtheir competitors because of the freshness. Wish they'd bring back the sprouts though ????. I really enjoyed those on myunwhich. ?????????
