Very polite and fast service! Ashley was my hero tonight. I had a technical issue with my online order and she made a positive... out of a negative. We came in and needed to sit at a table to figure out the JJ app and place our order. No other customers in there. One young... man, the chubby one with a long mullet hairstyle rolled his eyes and did a smirk after I explained that to him. The otherworkers, about 8 of them, were busy and one of them said "you're fine, take your time". We decided to go the the Moore locationinstead. I don?t understand why my location isn?t available for delivery. I?m 2.4 miles away from a jimmy johns. That?s nothing. Do they... only deliver around the corner of the place?? Ridiculous. Read more
First time trying this place out, it was amazing the employees are very friendly the food is amazing I got the number 7 spicy... east coast Italian sandwich and definitely top 10 would recommend!! And there bathroom signs are to funny!!! Read more
I put my order in at 1:25 PM and I receive my order at 1:37 PM. At this time even though it has lunch there are four people... inside of the restaurant. Three of them are employees and I am the only customer. The young gentleman, most likely a newemployee who took my order took the order properly but must have forgotten to give the order ticket to the back of the house sothey could prep the sandwich. The young lady who was prepping the sandwich apologized to me but it was kind of weird that aplace that try to south on delivering sandwiches in a quick manner to such a long time for an 8 inch Italian club sandwich.Probably don?t think I can visit the same location again but if I did I will have to make sure the cashier that he or she takesa ticket and place is it where it belongs rather than having another employee correct his or her errors. Great service. These guys are always fast, friendly, and courteous. The food is always fresh too.
