Had salad as the side in the morning and cause me diarrhea all day. The salad is not fresh and very watery.
I waited from 340 pm till 4:06 for my sandwhich. I was the only one in line and it was not busy. The guy took my money and... walked away. He came back and told me "it'll be a minute my manager is on the phone with a catering order." I asked him why hecouldn't just make it? He said he was not old enough to use a knife?? 25 mins later I still didn't have my sandwich. I knockedon the glass and asked for my money back because my baby was screaming at this point and it was taking way too long. He saidsure... walked away and about 5 mins later came back. Handed me a sandwich and I drove away. When I opened my sandwich it wasnot even what I ordered.... it was salami and bread, nothing else. I was so angry. I waited probably 30 minutes for a sandwichthat was wrong and I never got my money back. Will never come back Read more
This location is not freaky fast but rather freaky slow. If you have a 30 min lunch and expect to get your food, think again.... Its 30 mins from the time you order to you get your food. Read more
Food and customer service is consistently 5-stars. This is a one star review for the management and ownership who refuse to... adequately staff this location. You absolutely need to have more than one employee at the store. And don't take your failure outon the employees, who are consistently being run ragged for what probably is a below-poverty wage. Pay better, staff up, andyou'll find that your business is worth more than a single star. Read more
Just want to shout out to the consistently excellent customer service I receive at this location! All staff are super friendly... and helpful. They have been short staffed recently and I'm sure it's been tough but they communicate well about if the ordersare running behind and try their best! Read more
Jimmy johns ?We are freaky fast?!? More like freaky slow! I?ve been here for nearing 20 mins just to get a sandwich with the... orders getting miss placed the whole time, because the employees didnt give out numbers to ANYONE. $11 for a sandwich withbarley anything on it. I could have went to subway and got a foot long with 3 times as much on it for the same $11. Definitelywas put off by your services, and will NOT be going to another store for your food services. The fact you taught your employeesto use such little food products on the sandwiches for you to save some money, is just so far disrespectful its just arroganceat that point. The owner needs to make some changes. Some pretty big ones, I might add. Stop stealing money from people, barleygiving people anything to eat. Pathetic store? I?ve always had a great experience with this Jimmy John?s, whether it?s been for carry out or delivery. It?s always super quick,... the order is always correct, and if they?re running behind on deliveries they generally tell you so you know, which I think isreally nice. It?s great they finally got ranch, because every time I ordered for my boss he always asked for ranch and I had totell him they don?t have it. Now I donKt have to! I definitely would recommend this JJ if you?re looking for a quick and easysandwich or need a quick delivery for lunch at work. Read more
