This location is always slow and most the employees are rude. The two kids behind the counter have no sense of urgency, no... customer service, and act like they?ve never made a sandwich before. I watched one kid take almost 5 minutes to staple a receiptto the bag. Normally I only write good reviews, but we shouldn?t feel bad for stating the obvious. Especially for the price wepay for food. But I guess customer service no longer exists. Will not be returning here. Read more
I?m not sure what the issue is here and I?ve waited a while to post a review because I believe in second chances (third and... fourth as well in some cases) but the last 4 orders placed for mobile delivery have had some sort of issue. And the hatefulattitude of the delivery driver is frustrating. Most notably A few weeks back she left my food in the rain, out in front of myhouse instead of at my door. I could not find it and reported it as not delivered, the sandwich wasn?t found until later thatevening, after sitting in the rain for hours. Again today this same girl delivered my food and literally threw it at my door.Will not Be ordering from this location again, which is unfortunate because I love Jimmy John?s. Read more
I don?t want to share a picture because it was highly disgusting, but your delivery driver threw my food on my front porch and... proceeded to spit on it and near my food. The driver is a smaller female. Read more
Was teleworking & had to feed my granddaughter lunch! The app came in handy & she made her order (so I wouldn?t go wrong ????)... and they were fast & I didn?t miss a beat while working! Read more
It's the 3 time I've ate at this location and all 3 times it makes me sick. I now believe it's not a fluke and they mess with... that Mayo or something. Maybe don't wash their hands, but I won't ever be back at this location. Read more
Normally good, but they put mayo on my giant Vito sub. Not sure how you screw that up. So I almost paid 20 dollars for a meal... and could only eat the chips. Thanks jimmy johns. Read more
