I will start with this because this all I am going to get back... We sincerely regret that your experience was less than... perfect. We care deeply about our customers and want to provide the most comfortable experience possible. We hope you give usanother chance soon, so we can share a more positive experience. Anyhow, I'll say my piece because reviews go in one ear andout the other. I have a ton to say, but all I will say is truly understand the online ordering process. By looking at some ofthe other negative reviews, this particular location struggles horribly! Everything about my online order today was handledunprofessionally, even my refund was handle incorrectly. And all the gentleman had to say is " I'm not sure what to do, theyleft me here with no manager defending for myself!" Well I have said too much already. We didn't dine in, but we do get a kick out of this sub shop staff and their banter as they make up whatever you choose. They... never complain if you want to add to your sandwich toppings or if you do or don't want a drink with lunch specials. People fromarea high schools like Casady eat here as a team at times, so it can get crowded. They have online ordering and are meticulousabout allergies or cross contamination of foods. The cold subs have our patronage, but some of the items that are hot are backon the menu after an absence. They can cater, I guess, but we have not tried this service. We do see large orders going out inshopping bags and they serve basic chips and also the Miss Vickie's chips salt and vinegar as our favorite, but crunchy Cheetosa strong second. My folks love this place. Traditional deli style sandwiches and love those Miss Vickie Salt and Vinegar Chips. Staff has some... savant organization skills. I have seen them run big and little orders and manage food allergy questions without batting aneye. Seating is open inside again. Area high schoolers, soccer and fencing Mom's business people and lots and lots of coupleseat in and get orders to go. Thanks for taking care of my Mom. Just wow. I LOVE jersey mikes, but this store is just bad. We have always done online orders, and they couldn?t even get any of... the instructions or ingredients right as requested. Wrong bread, wrong ingredients and no special instructions followed. Its nothard to make a sandwich! I Love this brand, but i?ll never use this location again. Read more

I arrived today with my coworkers around 11:55. I ordered a chicken Philly and saw the lady who took my order put my receipt on... the grill area. After about 10 minutes and no sandwich, I went to the cashier and she checked on my ticket for me. I saw her askthe manager about it and he told her that he will get right to it. Needless to say, I was there for 25 minutes until I got mysandwich. The manager was worthless. I asked him if he could tell me why it took so long and he said there were call in ordersand people before me, which was a lie because when my ticket got put up on the grill it was the only ticket at that time. I canhonestly say I saw about 25 people walk out with their sandwiches before me. The manager did nothing to rectify the situation.He was a blonde guy with a ponytail. Better order one hour ahead because apparently 30 minutes isn?t enough time for one sandwich. I should have waited in line... because that seems to be going faster. And the online pick up area is all the way in the back of the line, so you?ll have to cutin front of a lot of people just to check to see if your order is there. That makes no sense. Just put the pick up rack in thefront of the store. Also don?t come here on your lunch break because you won?t getting your sandwich in time. Scheduled to.e for pickup of a 12 pack box order of subs. Friendly staff( +1 star). Then you get your food unmarked... sandwiches...(-2 stars) I ordered ALL sandwiches without tomato and Mayo as the people eating them requested..... Accurateorder - NOPE (-2 stars). Called to talk to manager and he tells me he made the sandwiches personally and none had Mayo ortomatoes. I thankfully took pictures... But because this is an individually owned store... This has to be the type of businessthey allow or coach...I don't do business like that. (-1 star). If you are looking for accurate orders on spending $78+ ....This isn't the place.
