11/18/2022 I came through the drive through around 12:40pm, we ordered one order of loaded tiny tacos, one jumbo egg roll, and a... large spicy chicken sandwich meal, no tomato, add pickle with a strawberry sprite. The total was something like $18.88 before Iadded a chocolate overload cake at the window. When I got home to check my items (honestly a rookie mistake, I should?ve checkedat the window.) I realized I received no receipt, AND the entirely wrong order lol. The only things right were the cake andsprite. I got two burgers, one is like maybe a buttery jack and the other is some kind of double cheeseburger and two orders ofcurly fries lol. When I tried to call the store no one answered. Lame over all. I hadn't been here in a year or so due to not living near or being around a Jack in the Box very often. The staff was very nice... and the food was as good as I remember. I don't know how often I'll get back, but I will be a returning customer. Read more
The dining room was empty. Perhaps a sign. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, a friend had the chicken strips. Both so dry, it... could have been jerky. The soda kiosk was out of order and refills could not be gotten nor were they given. My last trip hereever. Spend that hard earned elsewhere. Read more
So when did this become a large frie???? And thank you for choosing not to serve shakes, and when we ask about it you stumble... around till you come up with your put of mix. OH and staring at us while you have the$20 in your hand (FYI our food was 19.10)and then rudly State, " you don't have .10c". No I handed you a 20. Starting off the location is in a so so area. It has limited parking hard to get in and out. Like many JB's in OKC this one... suffers with story cleanliness and service. It took 2 minutes for someone to assist me and I was the only one there. There wereno napkins or any other items out. The freestyle machine was inoperable. When I received my food it was prepared well and up tostandard. Overall this is an okay location for the area and level or dining. Read more
Trashiest employees ever!Emploee kept insisting that my $20 bill was fake and argued with me at the window kept telling me she... was from the streets she knows how it goes and threatening calling the police! (Ya really from the streets!!) i had just gottenit from the ATM at 711 so I know it wasn't fake and offered my card and she tried charging a charge of $4 first and then $19.42when the total was less then $10!!! so I asked for the managers name to call in the daytime and she wouldn't tell me finally Isaid I want my money back and to cancel the order!!! I will not return to that location again unless its to receive an apology!So tired of dealing with trash at the window of this location! Read more
Good flavor food, I love curly fries. Slow drive thru.
Decent fast food joint. The food is good however with it being on the corner of a busy street can make it difficult getting in... and out at times. Also, their tea has taken a nose dive since they changed to Fuse tea. It used to be great but now it's prettydisgusting and hard to drink. Read more
