I'm beginning to think this location purposely does not take your order via drive thru speaker in the evening. I have come by... several weeks about once or twice every other week for the last 2 months at 11:30 pm on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Every singletime I have been told "we are only taking mobile orders right now" originally I thought there was just some kind of issue withthe cash register. It has been far too consistent to be an issue with equipment. I believe they are doing this on purpose by thenight crew, and it makes me want to go to another Jack in the Box instead. Even though this is the closest one to where I live.The food is good when I do put in a mobile order, there is no sign that this location should permanently only offer mobileorders. Dining room closed at 6pm on a Sunday night. Ordered the new monster tacos. Didn't have. Ordered regular tacos with extra... lettuce. Almost no lettuce, almost no cheese. Tasted like they had been on the shelf a few hours. Had great ones yesterday inAlbuquerque. What happened,? Read more
My friend and I had just gotten off an 11 hour shift at midnight and decided to stop here on way home. Lady at the drive thru... said that they weren?t doing any drive thru orders only mobile app orders to keep the drive thru times down. An annoyance forsure but I pulled up to the front and parked so I could download the app and order(luckily I had money on my card and not justcash). I placed my order and it said ready in 5 minutes. I went back through and got my order immediately! I was shocked, Iplace the order not 2 minutes earlier. Ordered 4 tacos. No hot sauce, lite lettuce and extra cheese. Got home, all 4 tacos were completely the opposite. Full of... lettuce no cheese and extra sauce. Chicken were cold as ice and it took 25 minutes to take my order through the drive thru. Overall, I've been to this specific Jack in the box and I always enjoy the service there. Jake was truly kind and nice. Even... though there was some small issues with my order it was easily solved with Jake. Thank you both Jake and the Jack in the Boxcrew members. Read more
Two customers have been addressed in the 15 minutes I've been waiting in the drive thru. This will likely be my last visit to... this location. I would have been eating faster if I had gone to a sit down restaurant and ordered something there instead. Thedining area is also locked with no indication that it is closed. Read more
In the drive thru on a Thursday night at 10:30. It's taken 35 minutes to get to the order board, and theres no one in front of... us and we're still waiting. To add insult, they're out of tacos. We waited in line a total of 35 minutes for nothing! Wow.... Read more
Ordered breakfast for 4 people in the drive thru. The food was good besides missing sausage patties on 2 sandwiches. Waited in... line for 10min. Got to the window and they forgot a drink then was told to pull up front. Waited up front for 15+min. Receivedmy food then realized I was missing some hash browns. Went back through the drive thru and they kindly replaced them and offereda cheesecake for the trouble. Took the food back and realized two sandwiches were missing sausage patties.
