Horrible food Horrible service,under staffed 3 hours for lunch for 4 people. I ordered the margarita chicken and it was... terrible, dried out chicken no sauce tasted like it was left under heat lamps for hours, my daughter ordered casadias that washas hard as chips.chillies has gone down hill, it needs to be shut down. Wings were not sauced, it looks like someone took a spoon and put a dollop on top. Dessert was not included in delivery to only... find out that they were out. Boneless wings are chicken strips, again, not sauced. This was a second chance order as I had asimilar experience several months ago. Won?t order again. Read more
Told the bartender the drink I wanted and a water. She brought my drink no water. No coaster or napkins. The drink was good but... was overflowing and sticky. I asked for napkins and a water again. She was close by washing glasses and rolled her eyes and said"yes" continued to wash 4 more glasses. She did give me the water and napkins but it was 10 min before she asked if I needed amenu. The Apple BBQ sauce is AMAZING!! We usually get that as the base sauce and dip them in others. Honey Siracha and Santa Fe are... favorites in my household. But be aware: The quality of food is incredibly hit or miss. Some days it?s cooked perfect with agreat amount of sauce coverage, but other days they?re either under, or very over, -cooked, and hardly any sauce to befound. If you get delivery, don?t expect the fries to be crisp. The steam from the wings just makes them soggy. Every once in awhile though, you?ll get them quick enough to be crispy, or the wings aren?t hot enough to create enough steam to make it anissue. The fries are usually pretty good though, even if they are a little soggy. But occasionally the whole box of food isinedible. To be fair though, we do still order from here a few times a month, and the last 3 experiences have been prettygreat. If they continue to provide better experiences than I?ve had in the past, I?ll update this rating. Read more

It's Just Wings is just Chili's. Nothing local. So, we ordered from this location on the night that pretty much everywhere was... closed due to the weather. We expected a delay, so that part I am not THAT upset about really. However, my husband waited twohours in the store for our food, and when the manager came out, he mentioned they had 225 orders to fulfill. First, that was abad management decision to even accept that many orders. I would quit if I worked in that kitchen. Second, the wings were soflavorless. We had the buffalo and santa fe wings. Both were no good, and the fries were hard. Beggars can't be choosers and I'mso grateful to the staff for being at work last night, but I will never order wings from here again. Read more
