Dined in late after a long day. The waitress was quick to help us and very friendly. Food was good.
Our waitress was very sweet and helpful and kept up really good service even though they were completely swamped. They had whole... groups coming in and waiting for tables and a lot of people yelling and being completely rude about the wait but they kept uptheir good customer service and didnt let that affect their speediness and attitude. I stopped here early in the morning with my family and I got decent service but my biggest issue was that there was limited... parking and a bunch of homeless people sleeping no more than 200 feet away from my truck. We pulled up to park and some guy wasshoeless and shirtless sleeping flat on the pavement. When we sat down to eat I kept on eye on my truck because I was concerned,and when I pulled away after eating we saw at least 3 tents around the area not even a block away. Read more
First time in this ihop. I came in during a massive lunch rush. Their staff was not prepared for the amount of people that came... in due to what seemed like being short staffed and this caused things to move slow at first but quickly picked up pace. TonyaG; my waitress; was on top of it though. I didnt want for anything while i was there and my food was brought out hot andfresh. The food was good and there is nothing i could complain about. You may see people complain about how long their orderstake. All i have to say is simply chill. The waiter or waitress is most likely serving 10 other tables as well with any numberof people at each table. And truth be told if being at an IHOP for 5 minutes longer is earth shattering for you.. This place was very empty, we came during happy hour, kids ordered cheeseburgers, which looked like the restaurant ran out of... burger buns. They weren?t very good burgers. I ordered a BLT sandwich, it had 3 pieces of bread in it which was way too much forme. I removed one slice because it was a very dry sandwich. And the stack of pancakes are never any good. Food was good, typical iHop quality. Service at this location was horrible. Waitress sat down at our table to take our orders.... She had her AirPods in and food took 30 minutes to come out. Also, my receipt said they automatically added a 15% gratuity tip.But then she brought out a receipt after we paid that was asking for another tip, but they already added the tip originally sothey are asking to tip twice. If you see the picture I didn?t even get a chance to take a before as the cooking here is that good. Great place to enjoy... yourself in the delight of pancakes and coffee. Customer service is top quality as well. Management is awesome!!! Read more
For cleanliness this place is a 10, for everything else a minus 30! We got there around 3:45 pm. There were 3 tables that had... people sitting for a total of 13 people. All the tables already had their food. There was 2 wait staff in the area. It took 10minutes to be seated. We both ordered water when seated. I'm diabetic and knew what I wanted to order. Was ready to order as Imedically needed to eat. About 10 minutes after we were seated another group of 4 or 5 came in. They gave up on even being satat a table and set on the bench by the cash register. After another 15 minutes passed we left. We didn't get our water, wedidn't get to order food. We just set there with 2 wait staff in the area. We looked at the menu then we set them down so thatif wait staff looked it should have signaled that we were ready. Location is great, but I won't be back and anyone that askswill get my honest opinion of this place. In closing, if you aren't hungry or thirsty but looking for a climate controlled placeto sit, this is your place! IF you're hungry or thirsty go a block away to the McDonald's.
