Haven't been to Hooters in quite a few years, and this was a sad experience. Saturday evening, probably only eight tables max... with customers, only two waitresses working and one bartender, wondered why so dead on a college game night...so found out.Service extremely slow, kitchen sounded like a party going on, music from there drowning out the main music, yelling and otherthings going on back there, when we finally do get our food it's cold, good luck trying to say anything to anyone, no signs if amanager. Food was good even though everyone had cold food. The look of the bathroom was a sign of what the night had in store, will not be shocked if this Hooters is closed within a year. Read more

There was only one server as 2 called off but they weren't busy. The waitress was nice, very socially awkward, and seemingly... new to waiting, so there was a bit of mistakes; we weren't in a rush so it wasn't a big deal. The food was not good. It's beenyears since I've eaten at Hooters and I don't remember it being this bad. The food was haphazardly put together and it tastedmore of old grease than sauce. Read more

Went to the Hooters on Penn and Memorial today. We got there right at 5:15pm. They sat us down and took drink orders. Before... they could bring the drinks to us they came back and said they had no cooks. Literally told us they had no cooks and couldn?ttake our order or serve us food. Guess there was a shift change with no cooks. How poorly managed can a place be that theyliterally can not serve food. I came here for lunch today and it was without a doubt the best service I?ve gotten in a long time. The staff were extremely... friendly and my food was in front of me in no time!!! This is probably the worst restaurant I?ve been recently. Over an hour without food? they tell us they don?t have anymore... boneless wings so I order chicken nachos? 45 mins later they come and say they don?t have anymore CHICKEN!!! I said okay, I?lltake the nachos with the veggies. No problem. Another 20 minutes they bring out nachos with chips and watery cheese, nothingelse. For $15? no thanks. None of the people in the kitchen with all that hair had nets on either. Horrible wait times, managerisn?t worth much at all? she was more concerned about flirting with the men than being worried about everything burning downaround her.
