extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service the manager working closing on 10/31 had.. I sat in the drive thru... waiting for my order to be taken and when it wasn?t I pulled up to the window to ask if they stop accepting orders prior to theend of their hours of operation when I was informed they would not be serving be despite them still being open per the hourslisted on every sign. Be careful how you order. We asked for the equivalent of 2 scoops of ice cream. The server filled up a regular cup with ice... cream added the sprinkles that we requested and called it a concrete even though it was vanilla ice cream with a few sprinklesmixed in. That was $4.79. As we were sitting there eating our ice cream I noticed it had I looked to see that there was a dishof ice cream available it would have been $3.49. Clean store, friendly staff. Food was good, except too much seasoning on the burger. The concrete was wonderful!

My first visit since they opened up in this location. Food was fresh, the burger was pretty tasty. Service was really good... and the staff friendly. Look forward to visiting again next time I am on that side of town. Read more
