My order was great. However, there was a drive thru order for a sundae without reeces. They were put in and when he realized it... instead of making it over he scooped them out and sent the sundae through the window anyway. People have allergies this was anextreme turn off at this point. Read more
I?ve been here before a long time ago and I?m not gonna lie, it was pretty iffy, I had family over and they all wanted freddys... cause it?s a favorite and I was not excited but let me tell you !!! I walked in and it seemed more alive, there were quite a fewpeople already here, the people were nice and actually welcomed us accommodating us with sauces at the counter. The food was waybetter and the custard was actually solid this time and not melted and soupy. I will definitely be returning more and more if Ican get customer service and food like this more often here. The changes were great and I didn?t wait 16 minutes for food likelast time.
