So, been here twice this year. First time seeing Top Gun and this last weekend we saw Thor. Most of the service is top notch... just like the food and drinks. However, we ordered Popcorn and it took them over 30 minutes to deliver and they forgot. Mistakeshappen but there needs to be better quality control to make sure everyone is good before the movie begins. Now, we use to go toAMC. Not Anymore. This place has everything we need to watch a movie. There are only two complaints that I have witnessed thetwo times we have gone. First is the bathrooms. Why the hell there are only one set of Men?s and Women?s bathrooms baffles meand my wife. There needs to be more bathrooms. Secondly, writing on a piece of paper to order.? Why not use an App? This is howour popcorn got missed. When we first ordered, we asked for two drinks and popcorn. I think an App to order food and drinkswould be better suitable and more environmentally friendly than writing in the dark even though we appreciate the lights at ourseats. In the end, Also, within the app, we can store a credit card over and over. I think Flix is getting use to all of us,coming back and watching Blockbuster movies in the theaters. Love the different movie times and the sound system is very good.Do not be afraid to turn it up!! As of now, 4 stars. Overall Was a great experience..breakfast pizza, beer and bloody Mary were great. Flix breakfast was cold. Server spilled beer... all over..didn't bring me a new one.20 people in the theater and 1 foursome sat RIGHT next to us. Ugh Read more
Love the vibe! Drinks are cheap. Military discount on movie tickets but not on food and drinks. 3 beers, 1 cocktail and cheese... curds(which tasted great) for $36.73 with tip included. Great place for friendly meet ups. Read more
Service was ?. but seems to be normal these days. Everyone is struggling in the customer service area. I had to ask for my food... several times, I was told my ticket was misplaced. Top gun was fabulous today flix is a nice facility, great date nightlocation the food was okay. I had a strawberry peach lemonade cocktail that was delicious. The theater is great! Wish they would have asked what I was ordering, I was substituting grilled chicken on a salad and got a... grilled chicken sandwich , that I didn't eat. My son ordered a Shirley Temple and was told unlimited refills, so when wereceived a $95 bill, we were a tad shocked! Other than that the homebrewed beverages, seating, and ambiance are great! When we entered we were greeted by a nice young lady. She asked for our tickets immediately. We then told her that this was our... first time here. She kindly explained that we could eat before our movie and to order at the bar or order in the theater. We goto the bar and was greeted. We asked where the menu was because we'd not been here before. We had to download to phone...okhonestly he didn't seem to want to be there. He wasn't very attentive. Asked for mustard and thousands island feeding on theside for the burger. Went ahead and tipped $3 just because. Then noticed the gratuity added to the check already. Good griefbut ok. The same guy brings out drinks to the table then quickly takes off. There was no time to ask for a straw. We got up andretrieved our own Straws. While waiting on our food, I'm watching the girl at the front desk eat her food. Plate and food arein pain site of everyone. Then someone brought our food. Again the same thing. Left the food and took off. It was not evenbusy yet. Wouldn't you know it, there was no mustard on the side as requested. Nor was there any ketchup in the bottle at thetable. Had to go back and ask for ketchup and mustard. He said to get the ketchup bottle from the tray near the bar. Guesswhat. That was empty as well. Then we were handed to go packets of mustard and ketchup. (Sigh) Our loaded fries were sub par.Was disappointed with the small portion for $10.59. We've had better burgers at Sonic Drive In. My Buffalo chicken Mac andcheese was so dry. Even the chicken tasted like they were under a warmer ALL day. Presentation was nice but damn. The food wasnot good. we make our way to the restrooms. Have to say the layout is not great. The wait staff didn't have their own corridor. They were in the regular foot traffic of movie goers, food customers and bathroom goers. Very hectic. Great deal for a Wednesday!! $5.50 movie. Before 6pm happy hour! Two draft beers and yummy loaded fries for $13. Hit the spot!!... Great service and good food.
