The price has gone through the roof! My fries were barely cooked
I tried to order beef patties only. For the low carb meal. The manager told me I had to order a bowl. And I had to pay for the... patties and the bowl. So I could get the patties. This was $5 more to order it like this. I decided not to eat at 5 guys thatday or any other day. Read more
This is easily my favorite 5 Guys to go to. The customer service is nothing short of stellar. I've never run into an employee... here that didn't treat me like the President of the United States (the other ones, not the current one). This isn't a cheapburger joint, but its not supposed to be. Its more of a high-end burger done fast. Oh, and the peanuts are free. If you haven'tgiven them a try, do it. You won't regret it. Read more
I haven?t had five guys in awhile and really wanted it. Burger had no seasoning and my condiments were wrong. I don?t even like... McDonald?s but it would have been better. I think they offered to remake it and a refund but then doubled back on the refund. Ididn?t care about getting money back I just asked if they could remake it since it is was intentional. Saw someone post a picture online today of Five Guys and so I had to try it. let me tell you I am NOT disappointed. This burger... is sooo yummy and they put just the right amount of seasoning on my Cajun fries???? on top of that the staff was really friendlyand the service was fast. This place is awesome! The hamburgers are juicy and so delicious. The Cajun fries are so so good. They have a drink station... of a variety of flavors. The bathroom is clean.the chairs are sturdy. There is no handicapped door so being someone with you tohold door for you. Read more
Disappointed!!! Dispite the good food I think is over price.. I gotta say the quality of the food from being fresh gives it a... boost but If you can see the pictures you would think that's combo order would be around the $9 bucks but no I'm sorry the realprice was over $15. I liked the food don't get it wrong but if you looking for a cheap meal around this area I suggest anotherplace.. give it 3 stars for the good food and I won't give the other 2 for being over rated and pricey!!! Food is kinda high but food was good and service was good
