I'm not a bbq expert but these ribs are the best I've ever had. And that's not hype. They were almost fall off the bone, perfect... smoke, good size, and a bark, almost like a brisket bark. Just amazing. And the deviled egg side was a real treat. Thepresentation of the food was artful as well. One doesn't usually get that sort of thing at a bbq joint, so that let me knowright away that they take their bbq seriously here. Service was great. Quick and friendly. Price is on point, and the place iscozy and clean. Earl's is an alla round winner for real bbq. Glad I stopped in. Read more

First I want to say this was my first and last time I will eat here. Gonna go over what I felt was wrong. The line to order... food is a narrow walkway and people have to move to and from the counter in this narrow area. Who thought that was a good ideato crowd customers like that? I had never eaten here before, so I decided to order Earl's Binge but with polish sausage insteadof hotlinks. When the food arrived it was this massive pile of food that was just thrown on. The corn was literally a full ear,but was dry and undercooked. Looked like it was out a while and then reheated, but no butter? You know what wasn't undercookedthough? The meat! The ribs I could barely eat 1 because they were so dry, I couldn't eat any of the brisket, it was soovercooked it was inedible. That's fine though because bbq sauce right? Arguably the worst sauce I have ever tasted. I tried thehot first and literally grimaced, it was awful. Speaking of sauce though, it was pretty difficult to do anything with sauce,because this tiny plate had a big pile of food on it. Are we supposed to stand the corn on its end to get it out of theway? Overall, I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if possible. Sucks I spent so much money and didn't even eat half my foodbecause it was so bad. Do not recommend/ will not be back. Read more
Okay. I usually do not give 3 stars in reviews.(After a reply from the owner I changed my review to four stars) It is not that... the food was bad, it's the fact that when I asked if they had any burnt ends I was told they throw them away in the morning.WHAT! As a barbecue aficionado, when I was told by an employee that they throw away the brisket burnt ends I was automaticallydisappointed. As a Texan I was a little offended. Not to mention all the Texas license plates among others that decorate thewalls were turned upside down. That's okay. I enjoy a little state to state rivalry. But to throw away brisket burnt ends isheresy. However. the pork ribs were very good as was the smoked turkey. I also enjoyed the pulled pork and fried okra. Therestaurant itself was pleasant and provided a good environment to eat barbecue. Tje staff was very helpful, attentive andpatient. Other than the burnt end issue I had a good time. Read more
I've been coming here for years and this place has great burgers and bbq! They are doing special burgers for the month of... August that are REALLY good! They are one of the few places that actually makes your okra extra crispy, well done if you ask. I appreciate that. Read more

Food and service were great. I love the old pictures on the wall and the hub caps out front, very nostalgic!!
