While the wait times average about 30 minutes- understand that it's nearly impossible to have employees that genuinely try to... connect with customers AND super fast service. They're typically busy when I come through, and they still take time to askabout my plans for the day or talk about tattoos, ect. Also, any of their iced or blended drinks are pretty amazing and usuallyworth the wait. If you want genuine human connection and delicious iced coffee, this is the place for you. Read more

love this place! wish they had more locations on the north west side of the city, near quail springs mall! I know they just... opened a location in edmond, but its still a little to far to make a regular stop! they are always busy, just wish the line wentfaster as well. but coffee is good! Read more
I came here for the first time yesterday afternoon, I loved it so much I picked up another drink this morning. The drinks is so... good, but what?s more exceptional is the people and service. The interaction both times I?ve been here had been nothing lessthan stellar. It?s a short interaction, but that?s how great they are to leave that much of an impact to where I?m like man! Worst experience ever at a coffee shop. I?ve came here to this store twice and the wait time is insane. The first time I sat... here 45 minutes to get a Luke warm cup of coffee. Today it was 30 minutes and the girl taking orders tried to tell me that itwas because the lady 2 cars up had a specific order. I?ll never come back and would recommend everyone else to go any where buthere. Starbucks is better staffed and the coffee comes out hot. I went to Dutch Bros for the first time two weeks ago. Drink was great. Drive thru wait time of about ~20 minutes left a bit... to be desired. Overall the experience was good. Today my family and I were again craving Dutch Bros, so away we went. Drivethrough time was a little bit quicker, about ~15 for two Golden Eagles and a Not So Hot. Drink again was excellent but I onlygot to try a couple sips before it was noticed that there was a hair in my drink. I'd like to know if the Golden Eagle reallywas good, or if it was the hair conditioner that gave it the delicious taste. Read more
If you like black Americana's this place is a disappointment. It tastes like a bitter hotel coffee. My wife gets the drinks... loaded with sugars with creams and she said they were the best. I guess you need sugar and cream to hide the bean bitter. Mywife said it's a five star, I said 1. We compromised with 3 stars. Read more
