While the wait times average about 30 minutes- understand that it's nearly impossible to have employees that genuinely try to... connect with customers AND super fast service. They're typically busy when I come through, and they still take time to askabout my plans for the day or talk about tattoos, ect. Also, any of their iced or blended drinks are pretty amazing and usuallyworth the wait. If you want genuine human connection and delicious iced coffee, this is the place for you. Read more

love this place! wish they had more locations on the north west side of the city, near quail springs mall! I came here for the first time yesterday afternoon, I loved it so much I picked up another drink this morning. The drinks is so... good, but what?s more exceptional is the people and service. The interaction both times I?ve been here had been nothing lessthan stellar. It?s a short interaction, but that?s how great they are to leave that much of an impact to where I?m like man! If you like black Americana's this place is a disappointment. It tastes like a bitter hotel coffee. My wife gets the drinks... loaded with sugars with creams and she said they were the best.
