I?ve given this location so many chances. Today was my last, unfortunately. I?d say the past 6 months or so this location has... just gone down hill. Every time I go, the employees act annoyed by your presence. And the last hand full of times I?ve gone,something is always wrong with my order. Usually it?s a SUPER sweet/SUPER creamy coffee, when all I ask for is 1 pump of flavoror a splash of milk/cream. Last time I came I swear my ?coffee? had absolutely no coffee in it. It didn?t even remotely tastelike coffee at all, tasted like a cup full of milk (looked like it too). Today I go, and again asked for ONE PUMP of flavor anda splash of milk?my coffee was so sweet I couldn?t drink it. When the young girl hands me the drink, she says nothing and closedthe window. I remained sitting in the drive thru as I hadn?t received all of my order. A few minutes later she comes back to askme if I needed anything else. You gave me my receipt?? How do you not know what?s on my order?! Not to mention how trashy thedrive thru and parking lot is. I?ll stick to Scooter?s Coffee from here on out. Read more
Really disappointed, watched a kid go from dirty water bucket straight to my donut, gross. Then my mocha was watered down bitter... nasty. Not friendly just horrible save a few bucks and go down to om cue. Better quality less money. Read more
