THIS REVIEW ISNT LOCATION SPECIFIC, IT HAPPENS AT ALL OF THEM (often enough that I?m mentioning it). I love Dunkin? but it?s... almost a guarantee that I will get handed some off the wall beverage that wasn?t what I ordered. I?ve asked for decaf coffee andsince they didn?t have any, someone thought I wouldn?t notice is they used decaf tea instead of coffee (that was a surprise forsure ????????) But when I do get what I ordered, I love it and I?m usually irritated with myself for finishing the drink beforeI even get out of the parking lot because it?s THAT GOOD. Donuts were dry and past their expiration. Sloppy to say the least with almost no icing. Sad that they even had these in the... case. I guess I should have known not to get donuts an hour and a half before closing. Read more
*Giving 5 stars for the service!* I feel like there's always a hit and miss. I love dunkin. They do me wrong more times than... others. If I order on the app- it's not made right. Drive thru is most convenient and sometimes I have to ask if my shots havebeen added and after being assured I drive away only to taste the bitter coffee of only what I can assume feels like a personwho goes home alone every night sulking on a deep depression because life ain't hitting right. I DO give recognition to theservice. Even though the girls seem stressed out and overworked- I have seen a few smiles and thank yous. There is a guy whoworked in the afternoon who made my large iced signature peppermint mocha with all my extras and I caught a glimpse of himACTUALLY stirring it and I nearly lost my s%$*. The old Indian man with goatee working the counter this morning 12/8/22 wantonly lacked etiquette, to start he scratched his ear... right in front of me, he coughed multiple times without covering his mouth, one of which times he coughed all over the donuts ashe was getting them, his fingernails are were not manicured. He KNOWS BETTER, his age, HE KNOWS BETTER. He could have and shouldhave put his head down as well as cover his mouth with his upper arm, I'd of stifled the cough versus unethical unsanitary foodservices practices.
