I placed an order online, and an hour later they were still not working on my order. I called and got hung up on. Called again.... They said they were understaffed thats why it was takingover an hour to make one pizza, but when I called I heard laughing andmusic playing in the background. Worst domino's I've been too. Update: they didn't cancel my order, but instead delivered it 2hours later. It was cold and the delivery driver was very disrespectful and said that if I didn't want it he'll take it but Iwouldn't get my money back. This place is absolutely awful. Read more

They claimed to have delivered it but when I called the store to see what was going on, a crazy employee greeted me and didn't... even let me finish explaining the situation before claiming to have "canceled" the order. I get things happen but there's noreason for employees to speak to anyone that way. If he had calmly explained, I wouldn't be writing this review. I've never beentreated that way by a restaurant before & it's sad. Read more
My wife ordered us a pizza, and we are staying at the sheraton hotel down town okc, and was specific as she could be with our... order, they messed up our order and when she called back to tell them, they will take no responsibility for it. Beware of this ,they are not nice people or willing to make it right.....if you order something from these people and it showes up not what yourordered don't expect them to fix it.... it is what it is with these people. If I could give negative stars,I would!!! Placed order online, received confirmation email,then waited over an hour. Finally... called them only to be told they had cancelled my order because they don't deliver to my address (2 miles away). Was told theytried to call but I had no missed calls. The lady was not only rude,then she proceeded to hang up on me! Will NEVER order fromthis location again, probably from any Dominos again. Save your time,and order from somewhere else Read more
This was one of the worst dominoes pizzas I have had. Check the box before you leave. My order, one was on the border of... charcoal the other just edible. If it wasn?t for the hassle of no parking I would have taken them back for a refund Read more
THIS LOCATION EXCEEDS in providing dried out pizza and sandwiches!!! I wanted to give this locale another chance and I'm so... upset that I did. At least they are consistent with serving burnt pizza, with little cheese that has already hardened, and veryfew toppings. Read more
