Ordered delivery from Uber Eats. They left out 3 items that I ordered. The food that we did get wasn't very good. The dinner... rolls were just Sister Shubert frozen rolls that you get at the store. The brisket was bland. The sides were small and not verytasty. I kind of liked the fried okra and the burnt ends, but will definitely be going back to Earl's BBQ next time! Read more
All the meat was cold and dry. Look like it was old and been reheated. Me and the wife put most of the meat in the trash. Sides... were ok. also they were out of all the sodas. no potatoes no fries not a good experience, felt like it kind of made us sick. Wehave eaten dickey's before a few times . And it was great.. Order thru postmates. Missing part of my order plus gave me chicken instead of turkey and got part of someone's elses... order.Called store, no one knows what is going on and no manager on duty. Was told to call back tomorrow. Have order severaltimes and no issues before .. Read more
Tried ONE MORE TIME to order this place off Doordash and they NEVER get the food right. The pulled pork looks like dog food and... the brisket is rubber. And to top it off I'm always missing items. Way too expensive for this type of service. I wish I couldgive this negative stars. Read more
Increased rating from 4 to 5 stars because the food has improved. With the coupons and kids eat free on Sundays the price is in... the right range now. I always laugh at their signs in the bathroom and their sign that says ?sauce sustainably sourced wood? Read more
I placed an order through doordash on July 4th, 2022. When I got my order I had the three meat tray with brisket, turkey, and... chicken, potato salad, baked beans, Texas toast(which was the best part of my meal) , and a pickle with sweet barbecue sauce;what I got was cold meat, brisket that was tough it was like I was eating wet beef jerky, none of the meat had any smoke flavorand little to no season, I didn't get my potato salad or the pickle, I got spicy barbecue sauce, and the baked beans tasted justlike they were pork and beans straight out of a can. . Contacted doordash and they told me there was nothing they could do butapologize. I tried to call the restaurant and no one answered.
