I?m actually very surprised by some of these low reviews because I have NEVER had anything other than a 5 Star experience at... this location and all of the Coolgreens restaurants. I go at least once a week in addition to using them for large cateringorders. Staff is very friendly and professional, food is fresh and delicious, atmosphere is inviting and comfortable and mycatering orders are always correct and ready/delivered on time. Read more

The sad thing is I love cool greens and enjoy their food.. it really sucks to say but one member of the staff ruined that all... for me yesterday. She was so rude, treated me and others as if we were stupid, has the worst attitude, and was confusing insteadof helpful.. literally stared at you, rolled her eyes, instead of acting like a normal helpful employee. This is unfortunatebecause just from that interaction yesterday, (I?ve also witnessed her a few other times act the same way in previous visits,but this was my last straw).. it warded me from this location.. I was planning on doing a big catering order for my company butI cannot and won?t deal with that girl at the cashier. I cannot do it anymore when I spend my hard earned money just to gettreated unfairly. Hopefully you guys select more friendly members who can actually do the job. Read more

I've never walked out of a restaurant in my life but today I did I've never experienced treatment from an establishment like my... visit at this cool greens i asked for a cobb salad and wanted to omit the eggs that turned into a problem for this particularemployee she was short snappy and very rude I've eaten at cool greens since they first open at the old location and have nevercome across anyone like her I hate to say it but my family and I will not return. Really polite and courteous staff. Food taste was great. The rice was hard. If you don?t keep rice in a steamer or rice storage... container and only use a chafing dish the rice on the outside becomes dry and hard, it can also cause dental issues. I came inI ordered. Close to closing time. Staff was good. The rice was hard and I was very hungry. I didn?t complain I just pickedthrough my food but since it?s all mixed together it makes it hard for a hungry person to be able to sit and eat, instead Ispent some time picking through dried hardened rice. Secondly if your supposed to have higher quality foods why ruin it withsingle use plastics? Why not use cardboard? Even though the plastic your using is made from recycled bottles, I?m not a fan ofbpa or phthalates. My food choices are limited I can?t eat McDonald?s or most chains because of this toxin in the foods. Yourplace adds it at the end. Read more

This used to be Salata but it's just as great, they make their own dressings, have quality high protein options, and the... freshest greens. Beats the subway down the street a million times over. They also have great tea ???? ???? keto is possiblehere. Read more

Food is always declicious however when I order dressing on the side they always smash the container down into my salad. It is... not sanitary to put the container into the food. The dressing needs to be outside of the container all together. I?ve made thiscomplaint before but it never seems to change. Read more
